The ordering process was efficient, with a friendly staff member outside the truck using an iPad with a credit card reader. There was no signing and no touching the iPad, so it was all contact-free. The tacos were nicely packaged, with a nice, medium salsa and lime wedges. The 4" tortillas were soft, moist, and fresh, while the four meats I tried varied greatly in flavor. The al pastor was moist, flavorful, and somewhat spicy with a good portion size (nice!), while the marinated pollo was a little drier (but still good), the grilled tilapia was okay with only a small portion size, and the asada consisted of tiny, over-cooked, dry beef cubes. Bottled water and sodas were available at reasonable prices from their cooler, but there was no seating. Watch their social media sites for their next location. I wasn't able quote five minutes and it was close to that amount of time. I like the lobster grilled cheese paired with the lobster bisque. The grilled cheese isn't huge but it is filling and they put a good amount of lobster in it. The bisque wasn't as good as I remembered it, it used to be richer and it seemed a little thinner than it was in the past. But it was still good with chunks of lobster. I've also had the lobster rolls and they are a little on the small side. They have a new lobster roll flight where you get to the all three varieties. And honestly, that's the way to go. You'll get the most bang for your buck and way more lobster than by getting just one. Overall, it's good and I like to visit them every now and then. At first, I went to the wrong side of the truck because I didn't see anyone. I could hear people in the back, so I went around and asked, "Hey, did you guys close early or something?" The employee responded, "We didn't close early. We close at 7," and the way it was said came across as very rude and dismissive. I explained that the website showed they were open until 7:30 PM. He told me it didn't. I even asked if there was anything I could purchase since I had driven 30 minutes based on the hours posted online, and I was told no. I completely understand that employees have a closing time and that schedules can change. My issue is that the hours posted online said 7:30 PM, and I arrived before that time. I also have a photo of the truck timestamped at 7:12 PM, so I was clearly there before the posted closing time. I would have been much more understanding if someone had simply said, "Sorry, our actual closing time is 7 PM and the website hasn't been updated," or even apologized for the confusion. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was at fault for following the hours provided by the business. Unfortunately, I left without getting to try the food, and the interaction left a really bad first impression.
