The ordering process was efficient, with a friendly staff member outside the truck using an iPad with a credit card reader. There was no signing and no touching the iPad, so it was all contact-free. The tacos were nicely packaged, with a nice, medium salsa and lime wedges. The 4" tortillas were soft, moist, and fresh, while the four meats I tried varied greatly in flavor. The al pastor was moist, flavorful, and somewhat spicy with a good portion size (nice!), while the marinated pollo was a little drier (but still good), the grilled tilapia was okay with only a small portion size, and the asada consisted of tiny, over-cooked, dry beef cubes. Bottled water and sodas were available at reasonable prices from their cooler, but there was no seating. Watch their social media sites for their next location.
