We ordered the tapatio and taco platter along with the table side guacamole. The guacamole was made by a courteous young lady, who ask how we liked our guacamole seasoned. To our delight she mixed it as asked, and served it with a bowl of homemade chips for dipping. The food was hot and delicious! We don't take pictures of our food, but it was aesthetically pleasing to look at, as well as most importantly, delicious to eat. Did I mention that they were slammed on a Friday night, due to the George Strait concert in Lubbock? Well they were, and they not only served the local resident customers, but the crazy amount of concert goers as well. There were other Mexican restaurants in Snyder, but lucky for us, the only one that stayed open until 11 PM. Win, win for us! The staff at Purple Sage Hotel recommended them and we agree that they're a great place to eat. Would definitely eat here again, if ever going through Snyder Texas again. One of the servers, a man- perhaps a manager, came by and noticed that a lot of food was not being eaten and asked if there was anything he could get for us. He offered more tortillas (seeing mine) and I said "sure, can I get just some dry corn tortillas?" And he was great- brought some out quickly, but then by the end of the meal, we noticed we got charged for them .
