The night we went they were slammed with business, and had run out of the delicious ribs. I hope to eat them next time, though, because they looked and smelled delicious. I opted for comfort food with the Chicken Chimchangas, my friend had the tacos, and my husband had the best dish of all 3--the chili con carne, which was delicious. Desserts are also very rich and well prepared. The ice cream served with our cake was of high quality and much more dense than the ice cream you normally get on the side. Perhaps because they served them bare, instead of full of toppings as we usually got when buying in town, so maybe it's due to my lack of talent in "decorating" my tacos, but I found it lack festive flavour that usually exploded in my tongue whenever I ate tacos downtown, be it from food truck or proper place. Yes, the tacos are blue, that's because of the blue corn they're making from, giving them a darker hue and make them different from any other taco places in town. The place is small and there are only small tables with benches, but that's the thing isn't it? Tacos are the kind of food you eat to go, or when the weather allowed, sit outside on the benches. I liked that the sauce was served on the side as it allowed you to choose the amount (though it's so good you will finish it one way or another.
