Went to Taco Time for our weekly visit and the dining room is open! Great experience, great food. The dining room is open!

One of the few places that has a Coke machine. For refills in Bellingham. :)

This is fast food at its better level. Always fresh and the place is clean and comfortable always. What place around here can you grab a decent lunch with a drink for under $10.00! Quick and easy, they deserve the praise.

I came to this Taco Time chain restaurant for dinner on a Friday evening after work. From the outside this place looks a bit dated but I decided to give it a shot. Parking was not an issue and I noticed there was a drive-thru. Once inside, I ordered a fish taco and was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were fresh and the fish was crunchy and well flavored. Lastly, it did not cost me a fortune. I would recommend this place.

This time we shared one with each kind of meat offered: chicken, pork and beef. I can't say which I liked more because they all were so awesome as ever. We tried something completely new to us this time: a ceviche called aguachile negro. I Googled it: "Aguachile negro is a bold, spicy Mexican seafood dish featuring raw, butterflied shrimp "cooked" in lime juice, blended with a dark, savory sauce made from roasted chiles, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Maggi seasoning. Served cold with cucumber and red onion, it offers a deep umami flavor and intense heat, often topped with avocado." I'll say it's hot!!! A heat that grows and fills your whole head. Yet, it was so incredibly delicious I weathered the effects. I am not kidding--I don't think I've had a dish I have loved more. The flavor is fantastic, and when I fished for a little raw prawn and put that thing in my mouth, I just thrilled. We had some of their wonderful guacamole as a starter, and I wish now I had saved some to try with the ceviche--it would have been lovely. I will go back.

I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp entre and they were cooked to perfection in the delicious poblana cream sauce. This sauce hits all the right spots and I absolutely love that they cover their dishes with it. I enjoy dipping my chips in there and creating a nacho with all the fixings. The salsa and guacamole is always incredibly fresh and I love the way they make their chips. Tasty, fresh, perfectly salted, and homemade. The pico that came wild the dish was delicious and I loved that they added mango to it. My friends got enchiladas which are always a great choice and we ordered mojitos which were very fresh too. I love how their drinks are always beautifully made with lovely garnishes and fruits to add color. Very excited to go back and try different drinks and entrees! Absolutely LOVE this authentic Mexican restaurant.

My friend recommended this place and I finally got the chance to stop by for an early lunch. I…read moredrove past this place often and due to the direction I was heading, it could be tricky turning in from the other direction (across the road). The restaurant seemed to be a house, with plenty of space. Bottled drinks and desserts are in the fridge cooler and to get them ourselves if we want that. I decided on the Mulitas instead of my usual enchilada plate. It's a smaller version with 3 mini size tortilla filled with meat of your choice. I had carnitas, beef and chicken. All were good. Served with beans and rice. My friend had the beef burrito and it was pretty big. She said it was tasty and very filling. It was literally the only meal she had for the day. It seemed to be a family run place and so service was a bit slow. We had to wait a while before someone came out to the counter for us to make payment. There was no bell to alert them. I noticed other customers popping into the kitchen/staff area to get their attention to take order.

We were looking for some good Mexican food for dinner and noticed this spot, long in the making, was finally open. So we popped in and had a super good meal, a cold Negra Modelo, and a generally nice time. Bonus for the friendly service and colorful decor.
