My go to spot for quick/fresh food. I appreciate the gluten free options so I can eat healthy on a budget.

Amazing amazing service!! Austine was so kind and patient with us, as we were on the road from out of town we were so excited to order taco time! Best service we've had in awhile, definitely recommend coming here for a quick and easy bite, Thank you Austine :) p.s be sure to give taco time toni a hello she's very sweet ;) read more

$14 for a low quality shitty burrito is crazy. Personally will avoid taco time in the future, I was in desperation mode and fasting for sure would have been the move . I threw up what'ever bs I ate. The food poisoning isn't worth it. For your sake please avoid the distress read more

This review is for the drive-thru only. Ordered the fish tacos and stuffed mexi-fries. Both were delicious! The fish tacos (actually rolled up like a burrito) were WAY better than expected. They come with battered cod, coleslaw and a salsa fresco...so yummy! The stuffed mexi-fries were like tator tots stuffed with cheese and chopped jalapeños. They were good too...way more flavor than the regular mexi-fries. They can be pretty slow for a drive-thru, but I assumed that meant they were making fresh food ;-) read more

Taco Time - a view of a taco shop across the street - Mexican Near Me - Baker City, Oregon

Great service. The food was tasty and hot. Enjoyed talking to the gentleman at the front desk.

Really nice young lady at the counter. Very patient with my difficult son. Food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Loved the crisp bean burrito special. read more

I pulled up to the drive in window and smoke was boiling out of my 27 year old van and I'm 70. The worker who helped me was Samantha and she said my car was smoking because I didn't have any water. She said to pull around and she'd be right out. I did and she said I didn't have and anti freeze either, but she had container. She put water in and anti freeze and said I could drive it home. (she was right I drove it home. She was very knowledgeable about the food she served and cars. Thanks to her I made it home with no further problems. Also thanks to the other workers for letting her go to my rescue. And my lunch was great. THANKS read more

5 stars purely for the guy working the drive thru. He was super nice and personable. Which is sadly rare for most fast food places

Good food, good and fast service, gave me a military discount because he saw my military anniversary jacket.

Horrible attitudes at this place. Don't recommend. Felt sick after eating my burrito. Taco Bell I would expect this, but not at taco time. 15 bucks for a meal and they wanted to charge me extra for the ranch. read more

Good food, similar to Taco Bell's menu but better portions and better tasting. Friendly people, clean place, good prices.

Such a friendly and inviting environment!!! The food is absolutely amazing! We are def going to be the new regulars! Thank you everyone for the great food and great smiles! Brenda and Tad owners of clear windows read more

Food was amazing, so much better than all my local ones. Service was quick, no real wait time. Amazing

It's terrible, you never get the food you ordered. Even if you do it's wrong or not cooked thoroughly. I will say even though you have to wait forever to get you food their customer service is good. read more

The food is edible but that's not saying much. Incredibly overpriced for how small the food portions are. The staff was nice but that's all this place has going for it. Definitely not Mexican food. read more

I like Taco Time over Taco Bell. The people at this location are friendly and get your order out quickly. The only thing that makes me want to go elsewhere is they don't clean the air intake. Disgusting layer of dust bunnies just hanging there. A little cleaning would do wonders read more

Food was decent, but the service was terrible. I asked for a chiken quesadilla and I got interrupted and yelled at. Don't really recommend

Food is really good. The service was fast and the employees were super nice and welcoming! Won't family stopped on our trip from Seattle to Boise and couldn't have been happier with our dinner choice! read more

We stopped at this Taco Time to buy a couple of tacos, before gassing up and getting back on the road. We were very upset we did -- what a huge disappointment! Question, if you are the only customer in a fast food restaurant and want to buy one item, how long do you think it should take? Two, five, eight, ten minutes? If you've guessed fifteen minutes, then you win the booby prize. Yep, fifteen minutes! I wish I could say that was an exaggeration, but it's not. Now we love Taco Time from our years of living in the Northwest. Besides the unexplained long wait, the food was warm, not hot and tasted bland. Nothing like what we've enjoyed in the past. Sadly, we had remembered this location from one of our many trips and were looking forward to the stop and filling that craving for several miles. The hard question for us at this point is whether we will return on our next trip? Ugh, that's a tough one. read more

We were coming in to town late so we placed our order online and picked it up in the drive thru. Everything was hot, fresh and ready to go. They were super nice!!!! We will definitely be back!!!! read more

The slowest place ever. I get it, fresh, right? No, this time it was mismanagement. There seamed to be some sort of employee arguments going on in the kitchen, then family came to visit. Meanwhile customers standing around to order and pick up food. Get your act together TT. You are doing yourself any favors, get strong leadership. I recommend that everyone avoids this location. Stay hungry, go to the next town to eat. read more

If I could go lower rating I would. Stood and waited to have someone take our order, but they were too busy on cellphone deciding if they looked like someone famous. Walked out. read more

The drive thru customer service was amazing. The lady working late was patient and nice. The food was yummy and what was expected. They still hand out their free desert which is amazing and something I haven't seen done in years. The wait for the food was a bit longer then I'm use to, but the customer service, free dessert, and good food made up for that! read more

Could not be more unimpressed. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING and then screw up order anyway. Mexi-fries were soggy and had no seasoning, forgot to add hot sauce (as requested), my daughter's bean and rice burrito cost MORE then a steak burrito and FOREVER in line. Uggh read more

Don't you try and fool me with your fancy names! Those "Mexican fries" are nothing other than tater tots! So when exactly is taco time? For me it's almost always, but for this particular location it should be after 2:00am. This is drunk-quality food served during the daylight hours. In that vein, it's also really expensive, relative to quality. my meal ended up being like $9, with a burrito, the aforementioned "Mexican Fries" and a large soda. We were pretty disappointed. There's not a lot going on in Baker City, and our other drive-thru options were only McDonalds and Subway. We opted to try some regional fast food instead, but when it has you longing for Taco Bell, that's a bad sign indeed. read more

This was the worst place to eat at the onions weren't properly cut and the meat was dry wouldn't not recommend eating here never coming again and the food didn't have any flavor what so ever read more

Each Taco Time is a bit different than any other - not terribly different - but, for example in this one, they have a salsa bar with 2 trays of green salsa, chopped red salsa (tomatos, onions, etc.). Fresh tea that's extra-good by Taco Time standards. They are open seven days a week. They are a couple blocks west of I-84 on Campbell Avenue, on the south side of the street. read more

Poor food quality. Cold. Tasted like it sat on counter for 2 days. Old, stale flavor and guranteed bad gut. Several ocassions. They're definitely in the no fly list for life read more

Haha, didn't read these reviews first. Service was fine. Menu is completely different including the meal numbers than an other store I've gone to in all of Idaho and Washington. Food was cooked and prepared fine. Mexi fries were not mexi fries. Just unseasoned tots. Definitely don't know how they are still open. Soda was flat. Outside looks really shady. Not worth the price or time. read more

Very bad, slow customer service and the food was bleh. Won't be coming back here any time soon.

Worst TacoTime, the menu has not a description, no actually tacos on the menu, and bad costumer service.

I walked into this one and expressed dismay that they no longer make Taco Burgers. The person behind the counter said "WE STILL DO!!!!" Apparently, the ones in Washington State no longer serve this, but according to the counter person, the ones in Idaho and Oregon still do. Taco Burger was as I expected, but the bun was kind of dry. Well, I had a Taco Burger in Tacoma where they had EXCELLENT buns, really fresh. This one in Baker City had a large bun, but it wasn't like the one in Tacoma. But I had my Taco Burger fix and I'm happy! No room for an RV. I came here in a car. read more

My boyfriend and I were traveling through and wanted a quick place to eat at, we were the only people inline at the drive thru and it still took them 15 minutes to get our order and the girl at the drive thru was very rude when I asked if their was any other sizes of the sparkling limeade, which I also wouldn't recommend getting. Definitely won't be back. read more

The food was so nasty. It honestly tasted like bleach! The customer service was a joke. The people that were working were so grouchy and didn't seem to care about being friendly at all! It was honestly embarrassing and the food was below subpar. Would not recommend AT ALL! read more

Head the low star warning! The food was aweful and over priced. The restaurant was hardly clean and the employees were bickering amongst themselves loudly! Who knew you could screw up a burrito and nachos. read more

This is THE WORST Taco Tome I have ever eaten at. My husband and I were traveling through town and decided to stop at taco time in Baker city. We waited over 15 minutes for our order. We thought that the long the wait would be worth it because we thought we would have fresh food. But we got cold tater tot's and a cold beef burrito and our tacos felt like they had been sitting there all day. I watched as the employees behind the counter looked like a bunch of bumbling idiot. There were at least six people behind the counter and no one was actually getting an order done. They all looked up at the screen to show what orders were being made but they were actually being produced. It was a comedy of errors. And I still got crappy food. Do not eat here if you are in a hurry or want food that is warm read more

Where as I always enjoy the food from Taco Time, the prices at this location beyond extravagant, My boyfriend and I purchased 4 items (1 soft bean, 1 crisp meat, 1 crisp chicken, stuffed mexi fries) and our total was 15.05. I have seen cheaper Taco Time prices in a mall and they are usually always higher there than any other stand alone locations..... The only good that came from this (besides the food being good) was that if you spend over $10 they give you free cinnamon crustos. read more

Whenever I drive to Boise I stop at this place since it's a nice logical stop between Seattle and Boise at lunch time. This location serves the best Taco Time food I've tasted-extremely fresh and tasty. The people are always nice and make you feel at home. That's tough to say about other national chains. read more

When you open at 9am but ignore the customer totally and play music. Crystal, you need a course in consideration/customer service. Also, you don't know the kind of night my daughter had (truck tire blow-out), etc. She needed some TLC. Shame on you Taco Time! read more

pricey and bland. Taco Bell is much better. Dingy & dreary and not worth my repeat business. I know it's fast food but it's priced like a sit down restaurant but without the service. Blah! read more
