Sometimes they seem to be trying too hard. Seiberts is too small for large groups. The website clearly states no groups larger than 6 are allowed in - so if you show up with a large group you won't get in and it's your fault. There were lots of bars close by to the east and northeast. Many of these were not hopping, but had a few clientele sitting quietly outside having drinks. It seemed like a city with tons of potential, but it was a Wednesday night and things were fairly slow. I wandered back to my hotel bar and got to know Julian, the bartender, who spent the "best year of his life" in Seattle and has excellent command of the English language. I got him to make SoCo Lime shots for everyone at the bar as a token of American tradition. People were very receptive to the gesture and seemed to enjoy the concoction. Harry was a famous bartender in the U.K. who invented several famous cocktails. So that's what you should have here. They have a solid list of craft cocktails, many of them with an interesting blend of flavors and ingredients. I was happy with mine, though you will pay a premium here since it's a hotel bar. One funny thing i've noticed in the Yelp Cocktailtour, even if the place looks or is Classy, they don't really care about dress code, i guess it gets sorted out by the price range. So for me, that i don't wear a shirt & tie at work, it's pleasing to not have to come all dressed up to have a couple of drinks.

The salad is literally a piece of lettuce, a tomato, onion and two pickles but they are for your burgers not a real salad. I thought this sounded really good but also the other burger choices were a little boring typical American burgers. The Country Burger was good but quite greasy.
