Just ran over here for a quick bite while visiting my mother at the hospital. Has the Queso with Seasoned Beef as an appy and it was delicious. The cheese was warm and the tortilla chips freshly made. I also ordered the Cajun Shrimp Tacos and they were fantastic. They do not hold back on the shrimp. Avocado was fresh and taste was perfect balance of season and spice. Accompanied by a Negra Modelo and it was top notch. read more

I like the food at taco dive but it is hard to ever plan a lunch here because they don't show up some days. They say they are open but when you get there it is closed and locked. The food doesn't outweigh the frustration. read more

Service was amazing - Tee was our server. She was attentive but not overbearing. The food came out pretty fast, and was warm. We ordered the underdog, the blt, Cajun shrimp and the fish of the day (swordfish) - all were good. In order best to good - underdog, blt, Cajun shrimp and then the swordfish. The swordfish needed a kick. We also ordered the tots - which was my personal favorite! We like REALLY spicy, so if you like spicy add hot sauce early on. Beers on draft are local (in Florida) beers making it that much more interesting. read more

Go to a real Mexican restaurant. This place has very bland offerings with no chips and salsa like a normal Mexican place. We had the beef Nachos and the Drunkin Pork Burrito with the salsa and cheese added. No flavor,nothing fresh and even with hot sauce boring! Could have been out of a can. The staff are a little abrasive, I was greeted with "sit anywhere you like" quickly followed by "not there". There was one other party of 2 on the patio, the table I selected was an 8 top however it was the only table not in direct sun and under a fan. I was not permitted to be seated out of the sun despite the lack of patrons. It would have been more reasonable to allow my party of 2 to be seated out of the sun based on lack of occupancy and to make adjustments as needed from there by combining tables if required. That being said the food and beer selection were great. Everything tasted very home crafted and was cooked to perfection. The only drawback was the salty staff. It is a shame that great food can be ruined by sub par service. Definitely worth a try but be prepared for potential roadblocks related to seating. If I were rating on food alone it would be a solid 4, but we all know how crappy service can ruin an otherwise great dining experience. read more

Just alright. Tacos were good but tbh very similar to a taco bell taco.... The burger was actually the best if you are looking for a good burger. Very large and the bread was great. Didn't like that they charged me $1 for some tiny thing of salsa when I said I didn't like the one in our appetizer. Honestly won't come again sorry read more

We stumbled upon Taco Dive by accident. The next weekend we returned despite it being 25 miles from home. The Cajun shrimp tacos were perfectly cooked with fresh avocado and a drizzle of a delicious sauce. The wait staff is delightfully friendly and the food appeared in a timely manner. read more

Amazing and fun! I like the "ala carte" style menu...be sure and get 2 tacos because you will inhale that first one. Enjoyed a "Bella" taco which was made with portobello mushrooms instead of meat. Rice and beans side was a nice portion but wish I had known they sprinkle feta on top- while it was tasty, I am trying to reduce dairy products.We were a group of 6 & the staff was on top of it, all of our orders were correct despite the waitress not writing anything down- wow! My friend got her taco made into a bowl and the helpings were big for that, so only need 1 taco for that. Out in Ft. Pierce for work and found this joint while looking for food. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I also liked the decor inside. I had the cajun shrimp taco, steak taco and the drunken burrito. The food was delicious to say the least. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. However, for the portion that you receive, it is a bit pricey. You are looking at anywhere from $4.50 to $5 per taco. Come prepare because it is not cheap. The 2 tacos for me did not fill me up whatsoever. So if you have my appetite, you will need minimum 4 tacos. read more

My husband and I were looking for a spot to grab lunch on our way back to Hollywood, FL. Taco Dive came up in one of my searches, and it looked good so we decided to try it. First of all, the people working here are so friendly and welcoming! It made our experience so special. They have some interesting taco combinations including an Irish taco with corned beef - delicious! The Cajun shrimp taco is to die for! I LOVE this place!! I have gone to all 3 locations to make certain that everything is the same at all locations..AND..they are! I usually have been getting the pork tacos..fresh shredded pork on a soft shell with a pineapple-teriyaki sauce drizzled on top of it!! Delicious !! My husband has been ordering the steak taco with a similar sauce on it! We order a side of black beans and rice, along with beverages, and the cost is right around $15. for the 2 of us! The decor is very cute and delightful! Make sure you visit the restroom to see how uniquely they are furnished! Service has been excellent at all 3 locations! After a couple of visits, I feel confident giving a five star rating to Taco Dive. We're Vero Beach residents, which makes Taco Dive about a 30 minute trip for us. A drive, I should mention, which is worthwhile. As you walk up, it is immediately obvious that the owners of this local "dive" invested in a well chosen look that is equal parts modernism and restoration hardware, without putting off the vibe that you're overpaying for the atmosphere. There's a very crafty looking backlit Taco Dive sign inside that I find really endearing. The feeling instilled by the decor turned out to be obvious foreshadowing of the care invested in the food. Let me get this out of the way up front. The steak tacos at Taco Dive are tenderloin. Depending on your persuasion, this is either a delight, or a disaster. Personally, while I love the flavor of a marinated-to-tenderness flank steak, tenderloin needs no such mending. The steak tacos at Taco Dive are the best I've ever had. The tenderloin is cooked just shy of medium well and full of flavor. My heart rate goes up 5 bpm just thinking about them. They're an absolute standout. Honestly, having sampled all the major meet groups (chicken, pork, and beef), there's not a loser in the bunch. They're all A-players. We've also sampled sides such as their home made salsa and queso. The queso, by the way, starts out as an actual block of cheese. Great cheese does not flow at room temperature, so enjoy hastily, as this cheese will return to its natural form of left too long. Ample chips are provided for enjoying the starters. One last noteworthy mention is a special taco whose name I cannot remember. This little oddity is a hot dog taco with mustard and the usual cabbage, pico, and sauce. I cannot say that the flavor was love at first bite for me, but by the end of the taco, Stockholm Syndrome has set in, and I was fully in love with my captor. The staff at the restaurant have been consistently polite and expedient. We tend to take a long time to order, which can frustrate staff. The wait staff have been patient and pleasant of both of our visits. Overall, a definite must-visit for locals and out-of-town visitors alike. read more

We stopped in during a day trip to Ft. Pierce from Vero. Staff was very friendly and attentive and we just loved the decor, but we have had better specialty tacos. We started with the appetizer trio (con queso, salsa and guac). Good, but the cheese and guacamole were very salty we thought. I have the cilantro chicken taco and my hubby steak taco. Chicken was a little bland and the toppings didn't add much the steak was better but again the marinade made it a little salty. Now don't get me wrong we love heat and spice just, but this was just salt. Overall, we would not go out of our way to go back there. read more

The chips were light on the salt - a welcome change from most places - and the salsa was definitely fresh. We had medium, which had some heat but was on the milder side.
