While the menu looks a bit limited, it has infinite possibilities and combos. I had the taco platter with carne asada. Each item that I chose for the platter was fresh and delicious. The frijoles rojo were the tastiest I have ever had, the plantains were, too. The platter was filled to almost overflowing. The accompanying tortillas (4 street taco size) tasted freshly made. I chose the chipotle sauce to add to my tacos. It was the right combination of smoke and heat. Delish! My husband had a carne asada burrito which once he added all of the toppings, was huge! He said it was excellent. This place is quite close to the airport so even if you have a short layover in Miami, it is worth your time to ditch the subpar airport food and indulge in some taco tastiness!

Having stayed till closing of two music week events the prior to evenings, this was in my mind a great recovery meal. Despite the name, this restaurant is not just Mexican, but actually fusion with Uruguayan cuisine. The main courses focused on that area, and the tacos had a lot of exotica such as ear and tongue. Given my preferences, and my stomach, the only basic options that I would get were there Al Pastor and chicken tacos, five dollars each. The menu said that they had alcohol, but apparently not on that week, supposedly for some bureaucratic issue. The tacos were served with just the tortilla and the meat, along with a basket of fixings, such as cilantro and line. No complaints of the food really, the tacos were actually well seasoned and for my taste buds made even better with the hot sauce that left a yummy after burn. When I went to the bathroom, the handle on the door was damaged. Besides that, in the end I was not feeling the place especially that there was a mandatory gratuity.

For tacos, I tried the carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor. They normally come on corn tortillas, but you can also get flour. I went with corn and my friend tried flour, and both were really good. Steak literally looked like wet dog food 2. They no longer do the frisée salad instead It's just plain old Romaine lettuce 3. For some reason they stopped giving their salsa now which was the highlight of my order 4. The container is so small and the egg was so hot that it melted all the Parmesan cheese and it was just a nasty glob 5. The eggs were so over boiled that they had that grey tint on the yolk and smelled horrible 6. 2 salads cost almost $50 so jokes on us Never again!!! I've literally banned uptown from our house. The audacity to charge so much for a mid salad topped with nasty dog food looking "steak"
