Pretty quick turnaround for orders. Everyone is super friendly and the burritos were great and not too messy!

Best part about this taco truck is the serving size of tacos . But these tacos are served on flour tortillas not corn so they don't feel like authentic tacos .

Friendly and fast service. Food was in general good but doesn't quite hit the Mexican craving. The burrito was mostly rice. The sauces were both flavorful and definitely makes the food a bit better. Also it was quite expensive at $38.28 we won't be going back.

I am not one to give one-star reviews to businesses, however Taco Chela was so bad I just can't lie to y'all. My husband and I were visiting Nashville and on our first night we noticed this food truck parked in the corner with a huge line of people waiting. Two days later before heading home, we decided to check it out and see what the buzz was all about. Their menu was the classic food truck menu, with asada, al pastor, chicken and all the classics. We decided to go for the asada and al pastor tacos. Both tacos were a HUGE disappointment, the meat on the asada tasted absolutely horrible and even though I was trying to fix it was salsa and lime, there was no way to cover the taste. Also, the meat on the tacos was definitely very low quality for the price we paid. I couldn't even tell what part of the cow they were using. The al pastor tacos, were equally as bad and I could just do one bite. The following day, my husband and I got so sick and the only thing we both shared were the tacos, which was the obvious reason.

Chewy pieces of fat... some much for the steak burrito

Second night in a row trying the food after CMA... place sucks unless you like "super balls" aka chewy fat pieces of meat. I even nicely told the owner/worker my burrito the night before was skimpy "all rice no meat".. a this is what I got the second time around... wrote this review cause the place needs help!

    Late night veggie burrito.

Very fast and convenient. Quesadilla had a lot of steak and was reasonably priced. Good place for a quick bite after hours!

No effort put into making food. Bland and boring. When the chips and salsa are bad...well watch out

Ordered steak quesadilla and a steak burrito. Ended up with chicken and not much chicken. Mostly rice. Not worth the price.

This place is fire! Give it a shot. I recommend a burrito, but the tacos are also good.

Choose between Appetizers, Tacos and Entrees and the kitchen will serve up dishes that are brought to you at intervals. Standout items we tried are, ranked from best-to-least, were: 1) Steak & Eggs 2) Papas Chorizo Skillet 3) Chicken & Waffle 4) Breakfast Taco 5) Al Pastor Taco 6) Biscuit & Gravy The biscuit I loved, she didn't. It's very thick and dense, so will depend on your preference. Some of the tastiest overall Mexican-style breakfast's we've har! DRINKS: The all-you-can-drink option adds $$ (I think $20-25/person), so it isn't cheap... but is worthwhile if your group loves Mimosa's, Vodka's, Bloody Mary's and fresh Fruit Juices. To their credit, Federales' service staff POURS THE DRINKS CONSTANTLY lol. They brought out bottle after bottle, esp for the Mimosa's. We enjoyed it and felt this was part of the experience there - chill out, sink into the vibe, enjoy live music and loosen up while sitting in a modern open-air concept with everyone around smiling and feeling good ... In conclusion, this rivals Adele's for my favorite Nashville brunch spot. The two have very different vibes, and I highly recommend checking out Federales!

This place came recommended from a friend and it seemed exciting to go to the restaurant of a singer! It is right in the heart of the downtown bar area. We had a very large group of people on a Saturday night. We had a bit of a wait as they do not take reservations. They seated us upstairs all together sort of at a row of tables separate but all on a row which worked out ok. We were there to celebrate a 21st birthday. They did say Happy Birthday but nothing special beyond that was given or provided which was a little disappointing but I think everyone in Nashville is celebrating something so I get it. Service was very good. Chips with salsa and guacamole was provided upon seating for everyone. When requested more was provided. We had one person who was Gluten Free and they appeared to take care in explaining options as well as answering any questions people had. Drinks were refilled and kept flowing (alcoholic ones). And for a busy Saturday night meals came out in a good timing. Everyone enjoyed their meal although one person had bitten into something hot and did not like it and they were happy to replace the meal. The meal that I had was fantastic! The steak quesadilla. The steak was tender and extremely flavorful. Honestly I had been a bit hesitant to order steak due to being very picky over steak quality. But I was very happy with it! Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and at the end of the meal the server actually was ok with splitting up the ticket even tho we were a very large group which many many establishments refuse to do so this made me very pleased! Oh they had a live band playing on the first floor which was nice. There is an elevator at the back of the restaurant which is nice for those unable or just not wanting to climb a flight of stairs . The flower wall with the Nashville name on it made such a great backdrop for photos! They had two unisex bathrooms on the first floor. I would definitely recommend and go back to this place!

The fact that Savannah's was right next door made it even more fun I stopped in on Taco Tuesday around lunchtime, and it was the perfect time to visit. There was a nice crowd, but it wasn't overly busy. I even picked up a Casa Rosa T-shirt as a souvenir after settling in at the bar. The highlight of my visit was Johnny, the bartender. I told him I wanted something sweet with tequila, and he created the perfect drink. I honestly don't know what he made, but it was so good I ordered a second one! We also discovered we're both from Chicago, which made for great conversation and made the experience feel even more welcoming. Johnny recommended the tacos, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. They were fresh and flavorful. Pair those tacos with two amazing tequila drinks, live music from a fantastic band, and my total bill came to under $50. If you're looking for a great lunch spot with good food, excellent drinks, live music, and outstanding service, Casa Rosa is definitely worth a stop. And if Johnny is behind the bar, you're in great hands. I can't wait to make it back to Nashville, and hopefully one day I'll get lucky enough to visit while Miranda Lambert is there!
