So based on 2 peoples recommendations we stopped in for dinner. When we walked in I was pleased with the simplicity of the menu. Made the choices easy. I ordered a crunchy taco and Super Tostado. And my husband order super burritos and crunchy tacos. The food was wonderful. The GM Beth visited to check on the experience. Wow does that even happen anymore? What we learned during our chat is everything is made fresh daily. 9 simple ingredients makes the entire menu. Beef is top quality ground beef cooked fresh daily and never frozen. They don't even have a freeze only a cooler. The beans are cooked daily in a pressure cooker. How is that for fresh.... The portion sizes very plentiful and I am stuffed. The staff was new but the were enthusiastic and very attentive to the customers. The dining room and concept are pretty basic but should make it easier to duplicate the experience to keep you coming back. I am a fan and we will be returning. I have been to Taco Casa twice and loved it both times. It is more of a fast food place with a nice clean dining area. There is always someone working in the dining area to help get refills and take trash (which is different then other fast food places). Menu is short and simple. Food is made fresh with lots of good cheese. Portion sizes are very good for the price. This is my new favorite place for a burrito. read more

Love this place, simple tex-mex menu with good prices. I know I'm a bit partial being from Texas but this is how you do fast food mexican. The quality is very good and they load you up with cheese no matter how you order your item, they don't sprinkle a just a lil bit of cheese. The burritos are big and plentiful with great taste. This place is a true taco shack that gets to the point with their food. Only complaint I have is they close at 8 during the week and only open till 9 on Fri and Sat, with only 1 location in Rogers so far. Hopefully more locations with pop up... I'll cross my fingers. :) read more

SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH EVER. It's like there is one employee taking orders, cooking, packaging, working the cash register, cleaning, ordering supplies, and managing. I've been here three times and I've spent more than ten minutes in the line (after I've placed my order) each time. The only reason I come back is because I miss the food from when I lived in Texas. First time we've tried this place since it opened. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food for a fast food Mexican restaurant. We actually felt it reminded us of the old Taco Ticos, but better. Everything was seasoned and fresh tasting. The drive thru was quick and friendly and the prices were very fair. This is a chain, so the food is not bad one thing I can say about it they give you a lot of cheese on the top LOL, we eat there once in a while, not my favorite place since it's a chain it's kind of just the same taste, I do recommend it for families that have children that way you know what you're getting every time. read more

We had the nachos and they were HUGE! We split them 3 ways and everyone had plenty and for $7 that's a pretty good deal! If you are looking for an authentic taco place this is not going to be for you. The description that came to mind while I was there was "it's an overpriced Taco Bell menu with less options" BUT the portion sizes are large. The employees were pleasant and helpful. They have the best chili burgers. They come without cheese but my husband and I also ask for cheese. You can't go wrong with the tacos either. We just moved from Dallas and they were our favorite so was really happy to find that Rogers has one. read more

This place has awesome food when you actually get what you ordered. Literally the last 2 days, I have received the wrong order from the same person in the drive through. I don't live very close, and I shouldn't have to open my burritos in the drive through to ensure that they are correct. Maybe have an option for online ordering since the employees in the drive though can't seem to get it right. read more

Terrible service! I like the food but when I can't order from there because their servers refuse to take an order just because it's an hour before closing I find that ridiculous! 100% beef! Only they give you beans... I payed for super nachos and a chilada.. I may as well just went to the store and bought a can of refried beans n cheese. You pay for the beef and get the beans. Taco bell is a low low bar and ill drive right past taco casa to get to taco bell. read more

loved the 2 taco supremes and burrito supreme on tuesday....had the same thing today 4/24 at 4:30pm.....the girl took our order but kept saying it again wrong over and over...we get to the window and she had the drink wrong....asked us again what we had ordered...she had food on her gloves when she took our money....then she left came back and gave us a different drink...a man gave us our food....when we got home the burrito was almost all beans and no sour cream...it looked like it had been opened over and over...it was all scrunched up like someone had done something to it and the outside wrapper was a mess...we never got to say anything except that is the wrong order...the tacos were almost all cheese....nothing like last week.....2 cars behind us left after ordering....the girl was really pleasant but kind of not knowledgeable....she seemed stressed...I could hear her telling people like she told us that their total would be at the window....not a good meal....but like taco casa ....think you have some problems on the weekend....won't come to this one again read more
