Let me start off by love Taco Cabana, I just don't love this location. I pulled up, saw the 2 for $4 tacos and ordered 3 chicken fajita tacos and one shredded chicken. Taco no tomatoes. I swear I repeated my order so many times but to make matters worse it was a different person who kept coming over the system asking me to repeat my order. And then to make matters worse they confused me asking me if I wanted it crunchy or soft even as I'm telling them I want the special and didn't see an option for cru chug tacos. So we finally get the order correct and she proceeds to tell me my total is $10 something and I'm like wait, 4 plus 4 is $8 so where is the rest of these charges coming from? Crickets - NO ONE responds. I get to the window and the lady tells me a different price, $7 something and I'm like can you please tell me what my order is? She looks at me like I'm causing extra effort and she says 3 pack flaunts and a drink - yeah, that NOT my order. So I reply, no ma'am, I had the 3 chicken fajita tacos and the shredded chicken taco no tomatoes and her response was "oh yeah, that's you" - we finally get the price corrected and I get my food. Not a ONE napkin in the bag, and before you say I should have asked for one, it's usually common practice to put A NAPkIN in the bag. They put salsa in the bag I didn't ask for. Get to unwrapping my food and it was a hot drippy mess that needed a napkin and I swear there must be a lettuce shortage cause my taco got a sprinkle of lettuce. My food was nasty, soggy, not what I asked for at all. I wanted 4 shredded chicken bowls one without pico. I got two bowls without pico, no guacamole, no salsa, barely any meat on top with sour cream on one that could have went on all four. It was nasty. Shift change matters, because we had it a couple of days ago during the day and everything was fresh. Not tonight everything was disgusting. I ordered my first order today via doordash. I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and a 3 piece chicken flautas and a diet coke in a can. I also asked for salt packets and napkins and wanted 4 sides of salsa. I received 1 cheese quesadilla and NO sour cream and guacamole sides. I also received the flautas and my diet coke. Missing a cheese quesadilla. Called the store and spoke to Jennifer the manager and explained what I was missing. I told her I would order again and she said she would pack my order personally. I ordered another 3 piece flautas and a cheese quesadilla and diet coke. When I got my order I received 2 cheese quesadillas, Manager threw in another one for free. I also received my flautas and no diet coke. Called back and talked to the manager Jennifer she said that the diet coke was still sitting on shelf where the Dasher picks up food. However when I called the Dasher he said that an employee gave him my order. He didn't pick up the food from the shelf were the dashers get the orders. In the evening this location if employed only by teenagers! So obviously they don't want to work. They told me to park once I paid and then the guy that brought my food didn't even speak. Maybe he was too worried about his pants falling off since he was grabbing them with one hand so they wouldn't fall off. Then they forgot to give me a whole kids meal so I got off and there was no one in sight once I got inside. Then a young lady appears and she gives me my missing items. I ordered online, and left a little late anticipating service may not be as fast as usual. My pick up time was 5:26, we pulled up at 5:40 our order wasn't ready upon arrival which I was understanding about. But, we stood around waiting an hour before asking for a refund. Nobody ever said anything to us after we let them know we were here to pickup, people came in after us ordering in store but leaving with food before us. Customer service was horrible, no one had a sense of urgency, no one reassured us that our order was being worked on. It was very disappointing. read more

This is a great Taco Cabana location. It is clean, the staff is polite and helpful PLUS the salsa bar is always full! Stop by for breakfast tacos in the morning, regular tacos for lunch, nachos and a marg at happy hour, or fajitas for dinner. You really can't go wrong here. Fast, inexpensive, and fresh. I keep coming here for the food because they do have decent items but this is the only location im aware of that closes its dining room at midnight. The drive through is GUARANTEED to screw your order up, make you beg for extra condiments and treat you like crap. If its after midnight and you want to sit down, not gonna do it here. read more

OMG I went in tonight to get an order. it took them over 45 minutes to figure out they didn't have everything on the order the first order was incorrect they had to remake it which took another 20 minutes. they wete out of salsa, they were out of forks, they're out of tea, nothing was in stock, alls the management could do is shrug your shoulders and say it's not my fault and point to the ones in the back. Okay, I love all Taco Cabanas equally, but this location has some of the most honest, warmest people on their staff. My husband and I would come here for the Happy Hour (Guava Jalapeno margs!) and stay to eat. The food was always prepared amazingly, served hot, and always delicious. Anything we needed was taken care of with a smile and right away. They're salsa bar was always clean and tidy. Can't say enough good things about the staff here they are all just such great people who take pride in their service. As a customer, if you are nice first, even if the person taking your order is in a bad mood, good things can always happen. Though you really have to doctor the simple meat in a tortilla offering. The problem, which will keep me away for an long while was the beef taco. Yes I speak of the simple baseline ground beef seasoned and stuffed in a crisp corn tortilla. It has been a while since I've seen so much grease. One bite and I had to bail. Apparently if it sits they forget to drain it? I was offered a new one, almost made me feel worse.
