It was thinner than I would like it to be. Not thick and creamy. I may try the strawberries and cream shake next time. They have a long list of different smoothie and shake combinations posted on the truck. It was much lengthier than what I saw online. The lobster roll was the star of the show here. This one looked like it had more than 3 oz of lobster. This one was served chilled with melted butter on the side. My mother ate every bit of it. I tried a large piece of claw meat. It was great! There are other sandwiches (sammies) as well. I saw 4 different sandwiches on the menu. A tuna, BLT, Club, and a turkey with bacon and avocado. Plenty of options.
