They do bring you some chips and salsa to snack on, and it's a good sized bowl of salsa. I went with Brenda's enchilada which says it has "spicy chicken" but in my opinion the chicken wasn't spicy and I'd say it wasn't even seasoned either. I did get some extra green sauce to put on it after the fact which did kick the spice up a notch and had a good flavor to go with the heat. There are several Mexican restaurants in Mooresville, and this is one of them.

You should let people add their hotness themselves. A lot of people can't tolerate spicy food so you are excluding them from your customer base.
