I have driven by this restaurant a number of times and we decided to check it out before dropping my son off at Airport. It did not disappoint and the food was really very good. Staff were very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and checked on our table frequently. Complimentary chips and Sala were brought out which were really good. My son loved his beef tacos and said they were as good as the ones he gets in Phoenix or when he travels to Mexico. I opted for the lunch quesadilla which was good though I prefer mine more crispy but the chicken was good and very tender. Definitely a great lunch. Prices and portion sizes were good would definitely come back for lunch again.

We ordered the Salvadoran chicken sandwich, cheese papusa, pork papusa, and Mexican enchiladas. Besides the three cheesy chicken enchiladas with green sauce, last came with sides of crispy fries and a salad. The portion sizes were substantial, and there was more than enough for two adults across two meals. Everything was delicious, though I especially liked the enchiladas' cheesiness and the fries. I would have appreciated more sauces to accompany the papusas and enchiladas in the future; they were a bit dry by our second meal otherwise.

The red snapper was a set price on the menu but I was charged more than that and I didn't notice until I read the receipt at home. The restaurant is very pretty and homey. The waitress and I'm guessing is the owner is so lovely and attending! Now let's talk about food. I was alone at the restaurant at about 5 pm on a weekday and when I left there was another party dining in and another party taking out. I ordered a red snapper with rice and habichuelas and I freaking loved it! The meal reminded of the meals I ate as a child. The meal here felt so home made! The habichuelas was magnificent and the red snapper was tasty and scrumptious. I really wish I placed a second order of my entire meal to go. I am definitely coming back when I'm in the area.
