Great food and Alex is cool as hell behind the bar. Shrimp quesadilla was bomb! Would def come back. Tacos on Tues are $2.00 best deal around. read more

Food was terrible asked for no peppers got peppers. Skirt steak was grizzly. Asked for hot sauce not on table like most restaurants . Pork on carnita was greasy and hard. read more

Excellent flavor to the fajitas. Served was friendly and courteous!! Love the decor and very clean and relaxed Excellent would definitely recommend read more

Food was delicious. Unique serving system with a robot. Skinny Margarita was not the best. Menu says they had Don Julio Blanco but wasn't available as an extra shot. Street tacos were good. Tex Burrito was large. Server was young and a little disorganized but pleasant. Worth giving it a try. read more

Great place! Excellent food. I had the quac salad... basically guacamole but not all smashed. We also had the Tex-Mex & some chorizo tacos! All very good. Our waitress 'crystal' kept a close eye on us and was very helpful with suggestions. When in Utica.... I will be back! read more

I've been to Cantina Catrin and both times the food is great. I definitely recommend the chimichangas! I went on a busy night and parking can be a little tricky but I was lucky enough to get the last spot. Service was quick and our server was very nice and friendly. The dining room is large with a lot of tables and I love all the colored banners. It's affordable and tasty; I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good lunch or dinner! read more

This was my second time. This place is so joyful and ethnic and colorful. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Now the food..... I have never had better in this area. Great fried beans and rice. Quesadilla was so delicious, tender chicken and veggies. Love the robot. . I would give more than 5 stars. read more

Service was exceptionally friendly. Wait time was spectacular atmosphere was great very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the guacamole was more of a sauce than anything else. I Highly recommend and will definitely be returning. read more

La comida era muy buena y auténtica. Un domingo por la noche, había poca gente y estaba muy tranquilo. No nos gusta la comida muy picante, y estaba en su punto. read more

The birria tacos in corn tortillas were absolutely amazing the best i've had! The salsa was also amazing. Our server was also so great. Fairly quick service. The restaurant itself was pretty cute and the robot server thing was pretty cool to see. only complaint is that the chips with the salsa weren't super fresh and the food all could've been a little warmer. read more

Great Mexican!! First time here and loved it. The food was excellent as was the service. It's a pretty new place and clean. Our server did a great job. The staff did a great job keeping up with our drinks, chips and salsa and our meals came quickly. The other interesting thing is that they a robotic server...yup you heard me right...a ROBOTIC SERVER!!! While we did see the robot come out a few times while we were there, we unfortunately didn't have it make a visit to our table, which was slightly disappointing. The one drawback is that they opened without their liquor license, so we couldn't enjoy a margarita to go with dinner. Having said that it didn't interfere with a quality meal. Great place...highly recommend. read more

I ordered a crusted cheese burrito with shrimp. The food quality was good and I would definitely check out this place again to try something else. Crusted cheese burrito was a bit difficult to eat. The service was very friendly. read more

Sub par option for Mexican. Went due to another local favorite being closed to give it a try and it was just not good. Edible is about as much as I would give it. read more

Service was quick initially then slowed as other guests arrived. When I noticed the waiter taking our order without writing it down, i knew there would be a problem. Sure enough there was. They corrected it eventually but , services were so slow we had to leave abruptly. read more

The restaurant is fantastic and the staff are cool and friendly. They are Mexicans. I told them I am deaf and they had no problem with that and of course, they were easy to communicate with since a lot of them are good at using gestures, facial expressions and body language which It reminds me of when I went to Mexico twice in 3 different cities. I went to the restaurant a few times and the meal was so good every time. I will go there again and again whenever I can! read more

Food and service is excellent. The food was brought out in a timely manner and tasted amazing.

Love it here. Great food! Friendly service. Our son loves the robot that brings the food out.

The service is good and so is the food but nothing special. When a meal is too spicy after being assured it was not spicy we only got a 10 % discount. Hardly fair for a meal we did not eat. read more

The food was really good. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food but it was probably the best I've had. They lost a star because I ordered extra sour cream (when I ordered my meal, not after) and after having to get the waitresses attention a few times it final came out in a small dish, about an cup worth and they charged me 2.00 for it. I don't mind paying extra, although 2.00 is high. BUT I want it with my meal, not almost after. read more

This has got to be my new favorite Mexican restaurant! The cheesy burrito is amazing!

Authentic Mexican food. Service is friendly and fast. Food also comes pretty fast. Will be back to try again.

We came here after 2 other Mexican places were too busy to seat our large party and I'm so glad that it happened. The food was great, servers were nice, and the robot waiters were a fun thing to watch. The only thing is I wish you could get a margarita with your dinner but they don't serve alcohol. We will be back! read more
