I agree with AC. This has the most horrible service. I asked about the oil as i had a peanut allergy kid with me. 3 workers didn't know. Finally they asked the manager. I seriously waited 10 minutes for a juice box and an empty cup for water. The girl using the cash register could not make change in a timely fashion. There was a special for a 6 piece and small fry for 2.50. I was not aware of this until i left and saw it on the outdoor sign. I ordered a 6 piece and was charged the regular price of 3.39. Was it so hard to tell me the special? The service here gets an F. The food gets an A- it is Mc Donalds afterall. read more

Waiting in Order Here line for 10 min; cashier wiping her nose on her shirt numerous times throughout my time there. Wait for food was pretty long, ordered a kids meal with cheeseburger, got a regular burger. Had to go back for ketchup, again at least a 5 min wait and told they had to get some from the back. Children in play area in bare feet; children getting very rowdy and just left. Won't be back. read more

Worst McDonald's better off eating dog shit. The service is even worst. The burger is drier than my cremated great grandma

Everything is horrible!!! Service is so far being w them just being rude it gets to disrespectful! I went 4 times over the last month just to see if it would get any better, thinking just by chance they were having a bad day. But that was not the case. Anytime you go through the drive-through you do not get a thank you for coming to McDonald's. You do not get any type of polite, courteous communication at all. Every time I posted the drive-through my first interaction words from the other side of the speaker is what can I get you? I provide my order safe please and thank you. I get pull-up. When I get to the window to pay, they open the window look at me don't give me a total as if I'm supposed to psychically, no the cost. When I ask for the total, I get people who roll their eyes and act as though I am a hindrance to their day. I get things handed to me with no comment no communication no words at all. I say thank you. They slammed the window in my face and saying nothing. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's franchises location. As a paying customer who ultimately will pay the salary of the employees, I am completely disgusted. I fully understand, needing a body to fill a position, but there should be more included to verify continuation of certain guidelines expected by employees, and have managers in these location or perhaps McDonalds Corporate managers come in to check on a pop-up basis (perhaps as a customer and then go in and say who they are). I'm sure you will then see the real people. With the way, the world is today and so many different choices and opportunities. This is absolutely not acceptable for the public. Any future choices that I make will definitely not include here. Do we have to deal with this attitude and entitlement from employees when dealing with the public? I think NOT! I have been in public service for over 40 years and I have worked my way from the bottom of the bottom to the top. This is awful and this is not acceptable to promote anyone's growth and success with any location or any business. You should be ashamed!! read more

I ordered two strawberry and cream pies and got one apple pie after they said we didn't pay for it.Worst place out of Yorkville.Plus they didn't tell us they didn't have the pies before we ordered. Also the music is blasting all the time. read more

If you want you order in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE! I truly believe that the one requirement you need to work here is on how slow you can possible work. Been here twice now, first time 45 minutes to get my order nad this time it was 25 minutes, Never again! read more

food is always amazing, fries salted perfectly and chicken nuggets always good. i recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy mcdonald's.

The ice cream machine is broken a lot. I have read that sometimes the employees will say it's broken because they don't want to clean it. I think it is actually broken most days. I like McFlurry, if you like the McFlurry go to a different McDonald's because McFlurry is mostly ice cream_ read more

They've stepped up their game. Much respect to the woman and men who are working their butts off in this pandemic

The service is absolutely horrible, I have been to this place countless of times and 8/10 times they have messed up my order, on top of that the service is incredible slow and inconsiderate to the customers and wasting time, an absolute disaster of staff and McDonald's experience, absolutely do not go to this restaurant if you want good service or food read more

Ordered 2 egg mcmuffins and got an egg on a English muffin. Where's my Canadian bacon and cheese????? Horrible. Not one sandwich but 2.. stay away from this place. SUCKES!!!!! read more

No stars if I could. Literally waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Didn't hear anything back. Proceeded to pull up to the front window to order, manager told me I had to pull back around to order after the fact that I waited for 20 minutes at the order screen. There was also a customer that pulled around twice while we were waiting to order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER!! I have never experienced anything like it. When I pulled up to the window, the lady in the window looked like she was doing scratch offs. She looked at us and continued to do her scratch offs while trying to get the manager. Just the fact that she didn't even acknowledge us was up-surd, and the fact that she had to get someone else to help us. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

After driving here out of my way for their breakfast platter around 11:00 a.m., I was told they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. WHAT? Their all-day breakfast is what brings me to McDonald's more than anything else! Maybe I should have known something was up since when I was at the same place a couple of days earlier and ordered the same thing, I was told they were out of both scrambled eggs and biscuits. At least I was able to escape the drive through line. Bye-bye McDonald's. You won't see me again anytime soon! read more

All I can say is I asked for a simple mc chicken with only tomatoes and they added Mayo oh there's more. This has happened multiple times when I had a experience like this my brother hates ketchup like throws up when he smells it so he gets a hamburger I'm sure they don't even come with ketchup and they still put it on bro comon man it's like they lack simple reading skills read more

This isn't a safe place to eat. Can't trust food coming out of the fryer. The past three time the nuggets weren't cooked. All they offer is to replace the food. How about apologizing for serving food below a safe temperature and figuring out why it is happening...not worth the risk they obviously don't care about the quality of the food or the safety of their customer. read more

Ordered triple cheeseburger with no ketchup and extra pickles. When I got sandwich home for someone else it had ketchup and ALOT of it. I checked receipt and it said no ketchup and the sandwich wrapper had a special sticker on it. I tried calling them about their service and it just rings and rings and nobody picks up the phone. read more

we went through the drive thru and the menu wasnt up so we asked if they could put it back up some how and they said they couldn't help so we said then ima just have to come in and order and we went to the door started getting out and watched them lock the doors rii in friomt of us and almost didn't let another customer in because of the issue read more

By the name, i was expecting some kind of Irish or Scottish pub (beer, potatoes, beef and cabbage etc) but was surprised when i went inside to find none of that on the menu. What they did have was great burgers and fries and a tasty milkshake! The ordering process wasn't as i envisioned either. No waiter or waitress - just a counter where you place the order and then they hand you the food - in a bag!! I even noticed a window where cars pulled up and got food too. Def going back! read more

These other reviewers are being super rude. The service is fine especially for a bunch of people making minimum wage doing their best. The only time I had a long wait was with a friend and when they realized the wait they apologized and gave them a free item. The service is good, the food is fine (it is a mcdonalds at the end of the day), and the place is pretty clean for a fast food joint. read more

Your self service kiosk would not appropriately apply a promo from the mobile app, so I went to the register to get the problem fixed. I was then told that because I already tried unsuccessfully at the kiosk, that I now couldn't use the promotion at the register. So basically because I couldn't make it work at the kiosk, I'm shit out of luck. I initially asked politely for the problem to be resolved. The manager shrugged, coldly said sorry, and started to walk away. While McDonald's is a sorry excuse for food anyway, I had already spent about $20 on food. I was shocked by his lack of concern, and let him know what a sorry excuse of a manager he was. He then said if I don't like it, I can leave. I honestly embarrassed myself with how I reacted after that! But I have never been so appalled by another customer service situation. I figured if he was going to ask me to leave, after taking my money, I would make sure he at least had a little bit of a reason. read more
