The first taco I took my time squeezing the lime and opening the taco to put cilantro and onions and scooped some of the consommé then took small bites, dipping it as I went. The rest I just went monster and squeezed the limes over and basically devoured the tacos like someone was going to come and take it away. Did I like it!? What do you think?!
