Just got food from this location of Taco Bell and I am incredibly disappointed in the overall lack of service and effort out of the employees working the drive through line. We are college students and requested to do separate orders and they rudely denied our request. After obtaining the food and getting back to our place there were three missing tacos and they also didn't put any sauces or napkins in the bag even though we requested both. I am very disappointed. read more

To start, the drive through line was ridiculous. Obviously they can't control how many people want Taco Bell at the same time, but they are slower than hell. And it's always like that, not just this time. Second of all, the burritos had half the amount of filling they should. If I just wanted tortillas I would go to Walmart and buy tortillas. Third of all they completely forgot a whole burrito and extra sauce. The only mistake on my part was not checking the bag before leaving. I always do, and the one time I do they forget a $7 burrito and extra sauce that I PAID for. I've gotten home now and realize what happened, so I call to make sure if I go back I'll get my burrito. They didn't even answer the phone. I called twice. So now I've had to go back and wait in a second 20 minute line for their stupid mistake. And they were clearly irritated when I came back. I would like to preface by saying that I have never had a bad experience with any of the workers below management level, but almost every manager I've talked to has been rude and unhelpful most recently on Friday I placed an order before closing, and I was missing an item I tried to call but understandably they were busy closing didn't expect a call back so I called on Sunday to say hey I was missing this item. Can I come in and get it and the manager was incredibly rude and condescending when I was nothing but polite on the phone, I understand things happen but when a managers response to their employees, making a mistake is to be rude and belittle the customer that doesn't work for me if I could give zero stars, I would. I have never had a problem until tonight. We pulled up to pay and the employee snap chatted and took a video for at least 3 min before grabbing our money. There's really nothing that I can say in this review that will change anybody's opinion of the food that Taco Bell serves. What I can say is that their breakfast is the best in fast food right now and you need to try it if you have yet to do so. I went with the bacon Crunchwrap and the new chicken biscuit taco, both of which I cannot recommend highly enough. This location is sort of dated and includes a bit of local charm with some Whitewater High banners and memorabilia. I don't know if the owner is trying to create a weird Applebee's charm but I guess it's better than nothing. Mediocre at best, it's a fast food chain so there is no need to elaborate on anything, but every time I eat there the food isn't heated up all the way, I used to work at a Taco Bell and its not hard to properly make a taco let alone heat the tortillas up the right way. *roll eyes read more
