We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to the 1000 Islands. My significant other was thrilled that Mexican pizza was back for a limited time. We were lucky that they were pretty quick and the food came out hot, correct and fast because this was clearly a popular place for lunch that day. The only downfall was some of the details. We were never asked about sauce and we weren't given any in our bag. We were on a tight schedule so we didn't have time to go back and get some by the time we realized what happened. The food was also thrown into the bag, not really wrapped up so it kind of just opened inside of the bag and made a mess. I had an order of chips and cheese and the chips were literally dumped upside down and I had to fish them all out. I know it's fast food but it's always appreciated when the food is prepared so it's a little easier to eat and run. read more

Not extremely happy. I ordered my food through Grubhub at 10:16 it's now 12:24 I received my order just a few minutes ago. My food is cold, soggy and just nasty. This means while grub was searching for a driver my food was done and had been sitting out at Tacobell for Two hours. And they sent my food off cold, and nasty. Didn't even bother to make a new order considering the time it took for grub hub to get a driver and considering that for two hours my food had been sitting out on the counter. For reference, I usually frequent the Taco Bell in Evans Mills which is about 20 minutes away. The wait time at any Taco Bell in the area is to be expected. I have gone to this Taco Bell on a few occasions just because it was more convenient than the other, and let me tell you why I'm giving 2 stars. The first time I went, I waited 45 minutes for food. 45 minutes is a long time but I wasn't worried about it, I just wanted my food. I got my food and whoever made it put what seems like a half portion. It's fine, I didn't usually come to this location anyways. Tonight I came again with my wife because again, it was more convenient. I waited about 30 minutes for 2 quesadillas and a soft shell taco with no lettuce. The friendly worker on the other end asked me to confirm my order on the screen and everything was correct on the screen and on my receipt. I received my food and both quesadillas didn't have enough cheese AND my taco had lettuce. I could understand if I made a mistake and forgot to tell them, but it was clear on the receipt. Only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the friendly workers. If possible, go to the one in Evans Mills if you're picky about your food. read more

Then, a secluded Olive Garden in a romantic side road location for the young upstate couples. And now you've done it again: a Tacobell Mecca that provides the good standard for all other fast food Mexican joints. For our first timer in the car, the taco supreme provided a safe yet delicious jump into the world of microwaved tortillas. Our finer tongues friends found the Fresca tacos to be rich with aged cheese, and in the words of Kate "this is good. Mm this is really good". Went there for a midnight treat with my man. Ordered two double chalupa boxes with Baja blast and asked for a copious amount of sauces. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Ended up getting half filled drinks, no sauces at all. Double chalupas that made a regular one look big for the little amount of fillings in it. And it was so cold tasted like it was made yesterday at midnight. All in all was just an absolute pitiful experience and the people working should be ashamed of themselves. read more
