So when I saw an interstate sign for Del Taco I veered off the highway on the exit. This turned out to be an excellent lunch stop. I had forgotten how good their burritos are, fresh ingredients and many choices. The beans are made fresh in house every day, slow cooked, and they are full of flavor. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos and they were huge! I saved one for dinner. I also ordered guacamole and chips, and the guac definitely tasted fresh.
