Im gonna be honest, I wasn't sure about this TacoBell because of the 1 star reviews BUT I was willing to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. I got my usual food order and it was awesome. The app had made a change to what I wanted so I went inside and the manager fixed me up. The inside was clean and there was plenty of sauces. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff thankfully today were very nice and kind, but it's very dirty sadly and kinda making me sick to see while I eat. Tables aren't wiped down or anything. Also no soap in bathroom we know what that means yuk! read more

This is the saddest looking plate of nachos I have seen in a long time, some chips are soggy, I asked for extra meat and cheese and this is what I got, half of the chips are broken like someone was mad when they made them, I also ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and it barely had anything in it, and was rolled up like a taco it tasted like they put nothing but cheese and maybe a sprinkle of meat in it, how hard is it for anybody in wadesboro to make some decent food because from my experience, it's not this difficult. Don't bother. Open hours are clearly shown on the door, but the door was locked. It's 11:30am. When faced with legitimate reasons, put a sign on the door to avoid reviews like this. I'm more inclined to believe that staff don't want to be bothered since the drive thru is open, and the staff are too lazy to care. Definitely the fault of management and the owner shouldn't be in the fast food industry or anything else requiring customer service since they obviously don't care either. Sorry (not), but if you can't be bothered to unlock a door or write a sign, what confidence do I have that you can ensure the safety of the food you reheat and the cleanliness of your establishment? Stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes, while employees 5 feet away ignored my presence. They were not busy at all, and no excuse. My husband and I went to Taco Bell on January 1, 2023 after seeing the taco pizza on TV... arrived at 6 pm and noticed the menus lights were out but a few of the employees were standing out front we still went around the drive thru so we could just round the building and leave since it looked closed. as soon as we approached the building still in our vehicle a strong sent of marijuana could be smelled. We continued around passing by the employees at the front door and they were smoking and still had food service gloves on!!! I will not support this location in Wadesboro, NC again. read more

I like Taco Bell, a lot actually but on our last drive down Hwy 74 to the beach we stopped by this Taco Bell right next to the Walmart off 74. I ordered my typical 3 Fresco Soft Tacos. We took the tacos to go. Each of the tacos were so wet, runny, to the point of softening the paper and running all over my shirt, my pants making a absolute mess, Even with napkins the sauce (I didn't add any) and runny contents went everywhere. This taco bell was okay. I dined inside and the dining area was clean. They have a television which was nice when you're dining alone. The sauces, napkins, and utensils were easily available right behind where you order. The food was good and what I expected so I was happy with that. The problem at this location was the amount of time I spent waiting. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out and take my order (there was no one in front of me). Then after I ordered it took over 10 minutes to receive my food. For fast food it was very slow. read more

Horrible. I'm usually fine with Taco Bell. It is what it is. The staff in this Taco Bell clearly do not care who they piss off. Went at 3:54 PM. Ordered. 25 minutes later still no food. Come to find out other customers had been waiting 30+ minutes. We waited so long that we had to leave without having received our food. I have been to this Taco Bell about 5 times since it opened. Each time got a little bit worse, but it's the only one in the area. Today was the worst fast food experience i have ever had. My husband, my son, and i went to pick up my oldest son at 12:15pm. We got to Taco Bell at 12:20 and didn't leave until 12:45. THIS WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! We started to drive off but like i said, it's the only one in the area. Finally ordered and got to the window, and the worker left off my husband's meal. Wasted more time having to reorder it. Terrible, told you you had to pay with cash as your putting your card in the machine takes forever for food and still didn't give you everything you ordered, also the drive through was "broke" but they took some people's orders and made some go in the dining room to order, the food was cold and was not good at all. read more

Nothing I ordered was right. I asked for a 7 layer burrito with no sour cream or cheese and to add guac. She then informed me it already had guac on it... Still no guacamole on my burrito. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice without the cheese fresco style and it came with cheese. Not a good place for a vegan. read more

If i could rate with zero stars, I would. Still have a lack of employees. The line in the drive thru was long but two of the employees were out in the parking lot talking.
