Food is good, Ambiance is chill, Service is horrific. Unsure if this is the staffs fault or the machines/tools fault, but that took way too long and put us behind schedule. Staff is mighty fine, but wouldnt recommend if you have a schedule. Lastly, I do not appreciate the sudden speed, after several complaints from several people multiple times. I came back a few days before Christmas and it was a disaster. First off, when we came in I went into the bathroom to wash up. I don't think they have run a mop behind that toilet since they first opened. It was pretty dirty in the bathroom and they had just opened so obviously they don't have any good closing standards when they shut down for the evening. Also the towel dispenser didn't work so they left a roll of paper towels on a baby changing table. We should have walked out after seeing all that but decided to order anyway. At the counter, the lady said the lobby cash register wasn't working so she stood at the drive thru register and asked what we want. I asked her if they still have the $5.00 box. She said they didn't so my wife asked for the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. She said the didn't have bacon or cheese. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Guess what? No ghost peppers. So what the hell do you have. It's just piss poor management and/or franchisee. Popeyes' corporate needs to consider closing this train wreck down. It's a disgrace to a good brand.
