5 stars to the crew working here tonight Tues 9/1. Everyone was very nice, super attentive and very kind and sweet. They were pretty busy in the drive thru, so I opted to get my order inside instead. I ordered a few Empanadas for Jess and I and they were crazy good! So definitely grab one next time you're here. Only problem I had was the wait time cause they took about 10min to get. They were kind enough to apologize for the wait, which was sweet, the food was fresh, so win there. This is definitely not a bad location, as a matter of fact it's improved quite a bit from the last time we've come physically down here. Inside is nice, front is a little small and they don't have anywhere to wait if you're there for a mobile order. But I love the sauce station. read more

If I could give negative stars I would, S Sanchez female worker who was working the drive thru window dropped the cash for our order, we opened the driver door to get it obviously, she grabbed the door and smacked it on the cement wall and all she said was oops I didn't want the door to hit you. WHAT?!? Talking to corporate now. Manager went to window SCREAMED at us and said she didn't do anything and REFUSED to give us the drive thru footage. Yes we made a police report. Law suit going to suckkkk read more

We made a return visit to the Taco Bell location and found the overall experience to be just as amazing as the previous one! What a wonderful staff! Everyone is smiling and busy. They keep the floors and tables clean and are extremely quick at getting orders out. On this visit we made several menu modifications and our food was ready, correctly, just as we were finishing getting our drinks - wow! Jessica (manager), Sheila K, Dy, Sheila S, Jose, Raylene, Jacqui, Frankie, and many others make every visit fun and delicious! Thank you, Taco Bell! read more

The best Taco Bell in Visalia! Melissa R waited on us at the counter and she was so polite and asked how our day was going. I agree with the previous review...Melissa deserves a big raise! The inside of the dining room was clean. We're closer to the new Taco Bell on Akers but the service there is horrible so from now on we'll travel the short distance to the Taco Bell on Noble Avenue. read more

GIVE MELISSA A RAISE!! She was so nice to us, wished me a happy birthday, complimented my nails and also gave me a coupon for a free taco!!!! People like her are hard to find these days. read more

I ordered my food through the app and ordered 5 packets of hot salsa and I got zero in my bag . How hard is it to read the order people ?

Worst Taco Bell in town. Never get your order right, always forget your sauce and they take FOREVER

I don't understand the complains about this (or any) Taco Bell. You know the quality of food you're going to get. It's not going to be amazing, but it is going to be cheap and it is going to hit the spot. We've stopped here a few times while road tripping and have never had any issue. We've ordered both from the drive thru and via the app and have never encountered any issues. Even on 'complex' orders like mine as I customize the heck outta my orders to get the items to my liking. If they can consistently get my custom Crunchwrap Supreme order right, they can do anything. read more

The good reviews for this Taco Bell irk me so bad!!! I usually settle for crappy quality food when I'm pregnant and this hungry but this is literally the worst Taco Bell I've EVER been to. They always always always mess up my orders. My husband brings our food home and it's always the same disappointing result and it's a hassle having to take my food back and ask for something a little better. My taco is usually broken and it's not always an issue because that's Taco Bell for you, but this time it was a mess... I opened it up and it was all broken apart and the soggy bottom was sticking to the paper so much that when I tried to pull it off, the paper ripped. I also had a chalupa and it was so empty. I can literally hold it up and see through it clearly. Unfortunately this is the closest Taco Bell to me but I will make the trip to the next one if I have to from now on. read more

I am leaving a review for Wendy the shift leader or Manager that was on site. I was there on Mother's Day and had my order completely messed up. I drove back and spoke with Cecilia who told me she would personally make my order over. Long story short this lady messed my order up a second time. I order a chicken Chulupa Sepreme, this lady gave me a bean burrito... not sure how the two resemble. I had to go back a third time I decided to go on another day when Cecilia would not be in. I spoke with Wendy who was very sweet and even though it was busy she took time away from the grill twice because was I was undecided on whether to change my order, which she granted. She made sure that my order was exactly right! Also, apologized. Thank you Wendy for putting your customers first! read more

Often times very rude staff that seem irritated and gossiping at the window. Also have forgotten some things from my order.

The ladies who work here clearly hear what type of sauce I want but always throw in the wrong sauces. Someone needs to fix this issue. Stop hiring immature females. 8PM ladies. All giggling and laughing instead of doing their job read more

I'm sorry Taco Bell. I love you but I can never get over that one time the lady at McDonald's couldn't understand my order after three or four times of repeating it, so I backed out of the drive-thru furiously and drove over to you and asked for a steak quesadilla and you gave me one with chicken instead. It was horrible night and I felt like you betrayed me. It's okay. I still love you. read more

I use the app to order my food & pick it up in the drive through and this is the third time in a row this location has messed up my order completely. Idk why its been happening but it's not like it's worth it to drive back :/ read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in town. Drive thru food is always wrong, food never has meat, has mystery sauce I did not order. This is the last time we will ever come here. Honestly I would not pay any employee here $15 an hour to mess everything up. Mooney locations can make a damn burrito correctly, why can't they train these people? read more

If people pay a decent amount of money they should be given all their food which this Taco Bell can't seem to do I won't be going back again

EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS TABO BELL THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG. Always gets tomatoes when I specifically ask to please not put them in there. Always missing food items or have the wrong item. Management needs to step up their game on training or they need to fire these people who are not doing their job right!! read more

It's odd to prefer a certain chain location over another, but that's the case with this location. I usually visit Taco Bell for breakfast at least once a week. One Mooney location is okay for breakfast, and the other one near COS isn't that good for breakfast, but the Noble location is perfection. The eggs are always fluffy and buttery, the hashbrowns are always fried to perfection. The cheese in the crunchwrap is always melted, which is a great thing! I am surprised that Taco Bell can make such an amazing breakfast, and the long consistent line at the Noble location each morning will tell you something. That their breakfast is amazing. Personally, I don't care for their sausage, but anything with the eggs and bacon are worth a try. Also, very cheap. I'm able to feed at least four people with only ten dollars thanks to the amazing breakfast menu. read more

The Taco Bell on Noble ave at Mary's Vineyards is the Best in town! Starting with their excellent customer service. Their staff is very friendly, always smiling and eager to help you. They make you feel at home. They are fast at getting your food. The food is very tasteful. Their restaurant is the cleanest I've been to. I'd like to commend Elaine, Sheila, Lisa and Elizabeth to name a few that make this place one of a kind! My favorite place for breakfast . On a scale of 1-10, this is definitely a 10. read more

This review is to compliment the staff and management that helped my daughter and I this evening. They were very friendly and it was highly appreciated! Thank you Kia! (sorry if my spelling is off) I wish I got the girls name who took our order but she was very nice and helpful as well. Keep up the good work and awesome customer service! read more

Drive thru takes for ever !! Like 15 minutes in line.... lucky the car behind me backed out and so did I so I wasn't late for work...but I'm still hungry read more

Good food for the price great especially to feed your kids or a great place to take the family out on a budget

Usually decent service, but they ran out of eggs during Sunday morning breakfast shift therefore ending breakfast service early. What the heck? Running out of your breakfast staple on a holiday weekend? I thought they were trying to compete with Micky D's... At least there's always Cinnabon bites! read more

I wish I could leave less than one star. Unprofessional attitude and very rude. I called and spoke with Liz. She was VERY rude and hung up on me twice when I was asking about store hours, I asked if I could order over then phone and she said we don't take phone orders and hung up, so I called back and asked when they closed she uhhh 5 mins.. which means they would have closed at 150... (I'm guessing they close at 2) but she was very rude and I will not be coming to this Taco Bell EVER again. read more
