So I went through the drive thru in order a steak quesadilla they then put shredded beef which is Birria in my quesadilla. I then called and stated that they made my quesadilla wrong and put birria.She then tells me that they did not put Birria in there unless you ask for it so I proceeded to ask her so are you guys steak shredded? and she say no it's not . She then asked me would I like them to remake it and I declined because I've already made it home. So she then says to me so were you just calling to tell me or did you want us to remake it ?and I then said I was just calling to tell you guys because I've already made it back home so I wasn't able to come back . She did not say anything else after that so I hung up the phone because I accepted that the service was bad and nobody was trying to accommodate the way that I was feeling. Because what business that cares about service or customers states "so were you calling to just tell us?". She then calls me back multiple times so I picked up the phone and she told me why you weren't answering the phone. I've been calling you as if she's my mother so I tell her I didn't know that I was obligated to answer the phone for Taco Bell she then chooses to go back-and-forth with me. Which I then state I will leave a bad review & she was comfortable with it & told me to go ahead. Mind you it's all because of a steak quesadilla that was made incorrectly, which could've been simply solved by letting me know that I could come up there another day to get my food remade. I will never come back to this location ever again because there's no sympathy no good service which I already expected it. The customer service at this location is terrible. It truly disgusts me that every time i've visited this location i've had an unpleasant experience. I recently visited here 25 minutes ago with my girlfriend and i received the incorrect order which is fine, i understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was highly unprofessional. I called to resolve the matter and i was met with an nasty attitude. The call ended, then the employee proceeded to call me multiple times trying to argue! harassment of a customer!! my phone was called multiple times after the first call was ended mutually, that is harassment and unacceptable. I felt that if i never answered after the continuous calls i'd still be getting phone calls from taco bell up until the point the location closes. Arrived at the location at 10 AM when they opened at 9AM. The lobby was closed and they did not allow us in. They also did not answer when we went through the drive-through. They waited at the door when we were walking up to it and told us to go around which we did assuming that we had to go to another door, but there was no other door. We couldn't even order. Poor customer service at this location!! I normally don't report stuff like this but this location my God has a horrible rude manager!! On 1/3/25 evening time the way management spoke to me in front of my children was so unbelievable! I asked the young lady for her name and she refused. The past two times I have ordered the fiesta veggie burrito it has been filled with only rice beans tomatoes, and cheese. It's supposed to have sour cream and guacamole . It's so disappointing when this is the only meal I can eat for the day and they just swindle me on purpose not adding all the ingredients thinking I won't notice. A shame. I was not greeted when I came in. The big dark skinned women with the headphones on was rude, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and turned around to do nothing. I saw a kiosk to order my food so I went to the kiosk and ordered a large dragon fruit freeze. I stood there for 5 more minutes before another customer walked in. The same lady walked right up to the cash register and asked if she could help him. There needs to be an option to give a zero. I am a strict vegan for health reasons and never I've never had a problem customizing my order at other locations across the country. Ordered Black beans as my protein and repeated twice "no cheese or sour cream - I am allergic." I get to my destination and my taco has refried beans and more slathered in cheese while the crunch wrap had more sour cream than refried beans like a whole 8 oz tub. Tried calling and the main phone number is connected to the fax machine. Evidently they don't care if they make someone sick. My co-worker and I were in the area for work one Monday afternoon, and we decided to grab a quick lunch. There were plenty of fast food options in the area, such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and Arby's, to name a few. We are both fans of Taco Bell, so that's where we decided to go. However, we probably picked the worst option in the area... As soon as we walked in around 1 pm, we saw about five or six people standing around waiting for their food. As my co-worker and I were deciding on what to order, we let a woman go ahead of us. She brought a bag of food that she had purchased from this Taco Bell the night before and asked for a manager. I was a little afraid of what she was going to open up, but it turned out to be a burnt quesadilla. It was burnt 'til it was black and obviously inedible. How could they possibly serve this and expect someone to eat it?! She complained and asked for a refund, which they gave her. Not a good impression. Nevertheless, my co-worker and I decided to go ahead and give them a try since we were already there and hungry. I ordered a combo #9 - Crunchwrap Supreme and a Crunchy Taco. We waited... and waited... and waited... Honestly, it was probably almost 15 minutes before we got our food. This is fast food?! I think not. Perhaps they were understaffed, but with four or five employees, it didn't really look as if they were. The Crunchy Taco was fine, but the Crunchwrap Supreme wasn't as good as usual. I had to eat more than half of it to even get to the sour cream, and there were barely any tomatoes in it. Disappointing. Overall, this Taco Bell gets 1 star because they are way too slow, obviously can't even get "fast food" cooked right, and the location itself was old and run-down. Went in to grab a bite to eat since there are vegetarian options and needed to change my son. Walked into the bathroom and no changing table. Asked the cashier if I could change my son on one of the tables. She said she was unsure so I then proceeded to ask the manager. The manager took about 6 minutes to finally walk up. I placed my order and a second order. I got one of the two and had to drive around. It's after hours so I had to tap the glass and explain the issue. My missing order was brought out but there were still items missing. I waited again for the second half of my missing order and drove home to find that there were still items missing. They even kept my receipt so calling the manager I feel is a waste. I haven't gone back since and whenever friends go I either pass or we eat elsewhere. I won't be going back.
