Stopped by and grabbed a Crunch Wrap Supreme yesterday to take home after a hospital visit. About half way through the thing I realized all that was in in was lettuce a sour cream! "Have they made this Vegetarian choice now?" I asked myself. To be fair there was about 1.5 tablespoons of ground beef on one edge of the last bite. 7/2/23 @ 1:54;14 PM....Pickup today @ Troup Highway Taco Bell was a FAR CRY from food or service! I called and asked, "Do you have a manager there." Their response, "Yes." I then responded, "I'd like to speak to them."..Their response, " I'm the manager." (and no name given)!!!...Are you serious??? ...You, as a manger answer the phone and only respond "Yes" when asked if there was a manager there??? What's the matter with you? My God, where is YOUR training? Your answer should have been, " Yes, I'm (then give your name) and I am the manager, how may I help you?" I then proceeded to explain to this 'obviously untrained individual' that we just came through your drive-thru and purchased $20 worth of food... The shells of my chalupas were definitely NOT 'FLUFFY AND SUPER DELICIOUS'...THE shells were TOUGH, COLD & HARD and inedible. I had to scrape the contents out of this tough, cold, hard shell and eat the small amount of salad that was within it. I ALSO told this 'obviously untrained individual' that ALSO THE Avocado/Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco had 2 chunks of DRIED UP, TOUGH Chicken that was inedible ... and I told them I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. She then offered to refund which I refused, telling her that whomever made this food needed training, if it was even offered. Who the H*ll owns this dump on Troup anyway? YES, DUMP! I've eaten at Taco Bells outside of Tyler, and this Tyler location is a Pathetic Taco Bell DUMP!...My LAST visit for sure! Went to Gentry PKWY Taco Bell. Employees were all standing in the back of store talking. Waited 10 minutes for service, then was told use the kiosk. Received order thrown sloppy on tray. Had to bag and box order to go myself. Staff was annoyed I had asked for a bag. Refused a drink carrier. Got order home discovered it was incorrect. Called the store to see if we could fix the problem if I came back. Lady identified herself as the manager refused to give her name and became verbally abusive making racial slurs and cussing me while yelling. I had to contact a different store to get a phone number to try to speak to a manager. Waiting for a call back. Nothing yet. Ladies bathroom was dirty and parking lot had a lot of trash thrown around. Stay away from this store, because you are seriously taking your life in your own hands! read more

It's Taco Bell...pretty much sums it up honestly. Went here the other day, cashier didnt know the menu and argued with everything we ordered. I was gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was new, but the rudeness and attitude was unwanted and unwarranted. Long wait for our order that had zero modifications, skimpy portions, chicken quesodilla had no chicken on it. Didn't say anything because honestly we just wanted out of there. The person that had taken my order then quietly whispered to the person that I had paid for my order. After that, they raise the price of my order by a dollar 90. ONLINE ORDERING: First off, what's the point of ordering ahead online, if they don't even bother to start your paid for order until you are there to pick it up???!!! I recently became ill and cannot stand in line or walk far. So my mother and I decided to order online so she could just run in and pick it up (she also is almost 70 with very advanced rheumatoid arthritis, so we are both a couple of gimps right now lol, it's a site to see). After placing the order, it said it would be ready at in 6-12 minutes. So we leave and get there a few minutes past the 12 min mark. She goes in to pick it up and they are completely oblivious to the fact that this is even a service that they offer. So 15 min later she comes out with the food. We check it, and of course it's not all there, because why would it be? This is America, you can't just pay for a service offered and get that service. It has to be jacked up in some fashion. So she goes back in and 5 minutes later comes out. The total time between ordering and leaving the parking lot with the correct food? FORTY FIVE MINUTES! I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I asked for 3 burritos and a quesadilla. I drove to the window and paid. After doing so I looked at my receipt and saw they only charged me for 1 burrito. I was like okay they probably didn't hear me through the speaker.. so I grabbed money from my wallet to order another burrito and guess what..
