The food is now very consistent with good service. Would recommend if you are looking your Taco Bell fix

I waited like 30 minutes for a box and a taco, their were 4 workers back there barely doing anything

We were craving some Taco Bell, so we de to go through the drive thru. They weren't very busy, there was only one car in front of us at the window already and one car pulled up behind us after we ordered. As we placed our order, we had to repeat the second half of it twice, which is absolutely fine, we just assumed he wanted to make sure he heard it. But somehow, he took our first order only, then. took the drink order from the second and changed the first orders drink to be that and didn't even give us the second order at all. When we pointed out the mistake, we were told that he could add it, but we would have to drive all the way back around and wait, which we were not willing to do. We told him not to worry about it, and just left with the one order to share. Still plan to eat Taco Bell, just probably not this particular one anytime soon. read more

Ordered 4 things and had an issue with every item we ordered; dragon fruit freeze was missing the pink syrup check out that pathetic cantina taco with maybe two pieces of chicken in it - we asked them to remake it and he rudely said "nope that's what it's supposed to look like" Chalupa missing half the shell and stale as hell Potatoes in spicy potato taco so hard my fork wouldn't even go thru it. Also, bathrooms needed cleaning and had no soap! Highly recommended steering clear! Will be asking for my money back! Oh and every table in the place was dirty! read more

Stopped by this restaurant passing through. We ordered then got to the window and paid for our food and the cashier (Kelemen R) handed me a drink with no ice. When I inquired about it, he stated they were out of ice. When I asked why we were not informed of this while ordering, he said ice isn't apart of the meal then slammed the window. Had a very large order!!! Hunter was a straight dawg and hooked me and my dawgs up with some fire grub from the bell. They got our order 99.8% correct and that's unreal for over a 100 dollar order. Hats off to hunter and da creü. Yall the shit. Much love hunter you do man. read more

4/22/23 goes down as my worst Taco Bell experience ever. My fiance and I went through the drive thru getting a late dinner. We ordered 2 Steak Grilled Cheese Burritos, they turned out good. Then I ordered a Nacho Bellgrande. They completely screwed up my nachos. When I called, I was told they used the proper portions etc. Proceeded to tell me they ran out of containers to make them. We are huge Taco Bell fans and have grown up eating Taco Bell our entire lives. While driving on our road trip, we stopped at this location for an early dinner, and we truely dissapointed and sad. We ordered two Mexican pizzas and some tacos and when we got our food, one pizza was made correctly and the other one barely had any ingredients on it and was not made properly. We took that pizza back and asked them to remake this, which they did. When eating the pizzas, we immediately got a horrible taste in our mouth. It was very bad and tasted like we were eating chemicals. We could not believe this and had to throw it all away. Due to this we did not feel comfortable eating anything else from this restaurant and had to leave. Such a huge disappointment. read more

Stopped while passing through. Went in for food and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the counter. When they came to the counter to take our order they were high as hell. Took 20 minutes to get the food we ordered. While waiting we were talking to a trucker that was there the night before who said the employees were high then as well. I have no idea what is going on at this Taco Bell, but it is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to with regard to management. The inside is really cute, I like the decor and layout for what must be the smallest free-standing store that Taco Bell produces. However, behind the counter things are a mess. I really enjoy using the Taco Bell app. You can customize your order and get exactly what you want. I use it quite a bit and Champaign-urbana. It allows me to make my meals there healthier. I have come to the conclusion that I can flat-out not use the app at the Tuscola location. I have tried 4 times and have yet to have an order where my customized order can be completed. This is not because they are mentally incapable of processing a mobile order. It is because they are out of basic supplies and ingredients that must be stocked in order to properly operate a Taco Bell restaurant. One time, they did not have chips. CHIPS! There are many nacho items on the menu. As a manager, how can you let your location run out of chips? That would be like McDonald's running out of french fries. Another time they didn't have large cups. The person at the window did not know what to do. They could have offered me two small drinks, they could have offered me a refund, they could have offered me something in replacement. They offered nothing - not even an apology. They just stood there dumbfounded, and did not know what to do. I don't know how this location is going to make it. I hope that they turn things around. read more

Absolutely the worst speed at a fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Needed a quick lunch and considered walking out and leaving food behind. Staff was rude and uncaring of the wait. I love this chain as I'm on the road with work a lot and can count on reliable quality and speed. Every single time I come here there's a problem with my order. Never had this issue at any other Taco Bell's. Last time I went they said they couldnt make my order because they were out of meat of all things, this time they got my entire order wrong. 3/10/2020 I am Local. I dont understand the problem with this location is. Overall awful customer service...really should consider some better customer service Training. I had a problem with my soft shells, the ends were really hard , i dont know if they were stale or just cooked to long on grill, but they were no longer soft shells. Cashier yelled For a Meghan... not sure if that is the manger or what but she wouldn't come to window.. she just told the cashier shed make me another one, but it was all 6 soft shells.. i just said forget it. read more

I like the beef burritos from Taco Bell, but this perticular restaurant turned me against them , maybe for good. The filling is very soupy, making them hard, if not impossible to eat. Tried them a couple of times, same thing. I live in the area and would love to see a GOOD Taco Bell here in Tuscola, this one isn't it. The other complaint i would like to comment on is the lettuce, which has a very strong chemical taste, like it hadn't been rinsed off. This place is horrible across the board. Stopped by on a road trip and the food was awful. Complained had it remade and the same result. My wife and i threw the food away and went across the street to the pizza hut. If you stop in tuscola trust me the pizza hut is the one i would choose. read more

Worst wait at a fast food restaurant; 1 person was in front of us in line inside and we waited 20 minutes for our food. People came in and walked out because of the wait. While watching the young man prep food, he proceeded to take orders at the register with his gloves on and then went back to making food with the same gloves on. I called him over and told to him he needed to change his gloves after he just touched the register and money with those same gloves. There was no sense of urgency. read more
