I recently stopped by this Taco Bell (Tullahoma, Tennessee) for a very late dinner, just before midnight. I had just flown into Huntsville (Alabama), and I made the long drive from Huntsville to Tullahoma, where I had planned business for that week. As I entered Tullahoma, I was pretty hungry after my long journey, and I was glad that the drive-thru at this Taco Bell was open so I could have a simple and predictable meal. As I entered the Taco Bell parking lot, approaching the entry of the drive-thru, I suddenly heard a crash, like glass breaking. Apparently, I had just ran over an empty beer bottle while driving toward the Taco Bell drive thru, and I did not see this on the ground due to the poor lighting. Also upon entering the drive-thru, I saw two Taco Bell employees sitting outside, chatting, apparently on a break. My thought at the time was 'I understand everyone needs an occasional break, but I sure wish some Taco Bell employees took the time to clean their parking lot for their customers.' I was also worried that I was going to have a flat tire on my rental car due to this incident, but I didn't. Ordering through the drive thru was a smooth process. The young man who took my order was efficient, friendly, and professional. He also accurately prepared my order, as desired. My meal was delicious. I would have been happy to give this Taco Bell a higher rating if it wasn't for the poor lighting and lack of cleanliness in the parking lot. read more

I got the bourbon bbq brisket combo and I ask for fries to be fresh. Well they were cold. I paid $15 and my drink was only was near Childs drink. When I complained the, what appeared to be the manager, argued with me that the fries just came up but did agree to cook more. read more

Everytime I order something they always miss something in the order. Last time I was missing a loaded soft taco, this time I was missing a loaded Nacho cheese Doritos locos taco. I wish the workers would pay more attention to the order. It sucks coming all the way home to settle down and not even wanting to drive back across town for the food you already paid for. read more

I went here the other night to eat my order was 60 dollars. The manager on site who made the food didn't make it right so I went back thru. I said hey they forgot the sour cream. When it got handed back to me it looked like the same food woth 3 shots of sour cream on it and it was so messy and gross looking I told them I wanted my money back. I was not going to pay almost 8 dollars for something to eat when they wanted to be smart about it. The worst part was the person who made my food whose name is Emily said if we had a problem we could come make it ourself. I am a paying customer and they have managers like her there they say stuff like that and say she will not ever serve us again. We didn't mess up our food she did. I will not be going back I will take my business elsewhere. That store is going downhill fast and its because they have lazy people who treat customers like crap. read more

Insanity. If there were 0 stars, I'd be selecting 0. I'll start by saying I agree with everyone referring to the "kids" working here. They are useless. Huddled together doing nothing. On their phones. But that's not my issue. My issue is with their lack of ability or willingness to try to assist a customer. Tried ordering 2 of the $5.00 boxes online. First tried the app. Created account. Tried to check out. The response was "no time available for pickup". I tried my husband's phone. Same issue. We restarted our phones. Tried again. Deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nope. Went to TacoBell.com. Same result. Two phones. We were in the parking lot. Went inside. They have TWO touchscreen order monitors in the store. Tried ordering inside the store. The touchscreens didn't work. I asked an employee for assistance. She came and saw the problem and got a "manager". Manager was Jade. Jade had no clue and no desire to fix the issue. The issue is the $5.00 boxes are only available online, on the app, and on the touchscreen. I suggested they manually ring it up, and adjust the pricing. Nope. Second "manager" - Gage. Just as unhelpful as Jade. Between the two of them, neither could figure out how to solve a $1.49 price difference. Husband and I were both ordering. This was a $2.98 difference before tax. Why should the customer pay an extra $3.00 because the kids working there have zero problem solving skills. We didn't. We left. I was hungry, but I refused to give this place a dime - much less an extra $3.00. I'm a principled person. Taco Bell failed us on 3 levels AND failed to provide service. I just wasn't going to do it. So!! To the unfortunate owner of this TB franchise - you need to find some decent help that can solve a $3.00 problem. Good luck with the new $15.00 minimum wage. I feel bad for you. Went to go into the Taco bell and when we opened the door a big rat came from the outside and ran into the building right in front of us. I was shocked. I went to the manager to tell him he has a rat in his building and he acted like he could care less. There was food all over the floor in the area that they prepare the food. I guess this is not a concern to the manager of this store and I hope no one would go there and eat. I left really upset that they did not care. read more
