I've tried these people about three times and it's been horrible every time today they didn't have any drinks that were on the menu and when I asked what drinks they had, she said it's on the menu. Kind of frustrating. The chicken nuggets I got must've been under the lights for at least a day. Dry. Crumbly and just awful. read more

Well came to this location again....with more poor results I had a simple order a party pack and a burrito and some cinnamon twists nothing big...paid for the food was not given a receipt and asked to pull forward to wait 5 vehicles went by receiving their orders and finally a worker came out and asked what I was waiting for so after 20 minutes waiting we finally got our order no receipt still...but at least the delivery girl apologized for the weight....I think a franchise specialist should look into the quality assurance of this location for training and management evaluations read more

I've given this place many chances, only because I work in this area & love the Chicken Chalupas, but one thing for sure never fails, is their shitty customer service. I've had the worse service with this restaurant. They are rude as hell! On top of NEVER having my order how I ask for it. Today, the drive thru girl closed the window on me all irritated when I asked to have a soft taco rather than a hard taco. (Added to my order) but the crazy thing is that it was just me! There was no cars besides me so I don't understand why the rude attitude! I also have to remember to ask for a fresh chalupa considering they have given me some seriously hard ones before! So damn old, it should of been illegal to even hand those out. I should of taken that to a police department & filed a freaking legal complaint because they were that bad! Really? No online ordering available through the Taco Bell app. I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande - no meat, all beans instead. How hard is that? They charged me extra for "a special order".......and then put about a tablespoon of beans on it. Are you kidding me? I'm willing to pay full price for the item. TB is making money off me because I don't take the meat. But at least give me some extra beans without the extra COST!!!! Called Corperate Office to complain. Been coming here to buy taco bell food, the manager called me after he got the complaint, he ran through my complaints and when we got to how they act on the microphone at the window he stated it was a script and they are not allowed to say anything like is that it or all that they have to say what else or whats next. They way they come across is very unprofessional and rude. He had the attitude himself that he just didn't care so I told him I will just go somewhere else. He said thats fine! This place has serious problems and from other reviews I can see i am not alone. So people should just stop going to this place, let it be shut down and i guess the employees can be out of worlk. I stop at the Toppenish taco bell and colonels chicken every time I go to Vancouver WA to visit friends. m The chickens is great and the tostados are wonderful, they also have the diablo hot sauce which the taco bell in Ephrata WA does not carry anymore. This place is horrible. I don't know if the changed management recently or what. But they have been slacking. I passed there on my way to work and placed my $5 buck lunch order. When I received my order they had forgotten my mashed potatoes and I was looking forward to those mash potatoes because they are so good. I had to turn around and go back for them.. so much for using the benefits of a drive thru. I should have just gone in to really check my order. Then I had ordered some Pico de gallo and what they handed me was some old, sour nasty looking Pico de gallo I threw right out the window. Made me pretty upset. Today my family and I passed thru there again to get a quick bite and once again they forgot the mashed potatoes. Thier customer service has gone down the rabbit hole... If you know what I'm really trying to say. Hey Taco Bell/KFC everytime you do this type of mistakes you are stealing from your customers. I won't be going back unless...
