When your tacos are ready, you go up to the condiment bar, where they have chopped up cabbage, cilantro, lime, radishes, and salsas to use as toppings. You can also get some chips and use the sauces to dip in while you wait. I have never waited more then five minutes or so for my food. Then, you enjoy every delicious bite! What if you get hungry and you need more tacos? You just walk right back up to the front and order a few more tacos, and do it all over again. When you are done with your food and your drink, you proceed back to the register and pay for your meal. If I can go somewhere, and the food tastes better than what I can make it home...
