Went here last night and noticed a big lack in people skills by team members. They're better off working at an Amazon warehouse. I went inside to pick up a mobile order and no one could even greet me. I get that it's Taco Bell, but come on now! I finally got service by picking up through the drive-thru. Corporate needs to know about this location. The food was alright, better than the service at least read more

Disgusting!! Hold long does it take for pre frozen fries to mold and the nerve to still serve them???? What the hell is wrong with you. Avoid this place like the covid. read more

We went to the drive thru just a min ago and when we checked the bag for our orders, we're missing a burrito. We had to go back and let the clerk know that there's missing in our order. And guess what? She said it happens and she can't do anything about it. The nerve of this woman. First off, she shouldn't be taking orders. She sounds upset and rude. For her to be unapologetic, she shouldn't be working with customers. She even yelled at me for telling her to make sure she check the bags next time. Another staff said they have a bad day. So that gives your staff the nerve to yell at me? If I can only give 0. I don't expect anything from a fast food place like Taco Bell, however, the woman in the front desk and taking orders has horrible attitude. It shows in the food that they wrapped. Five layers burrito has beans and cheese. Cantina chicken bowl tasted so dry. It matched the attitude of the woman who took my orders today in the drive thru. She makes it sounds like it's ok to have missing orders. Make sure to check your order before you leave. Would never recommend coming to this location. read more

The worst Taco bell I have ever encountered. They always miss at least one item when I place an order. Doesn't matter if in store, Mobile pick up or delivery. The times I have gone in to order in person, there seems to be more employees at break then working also. I live very close to this Taco Bell but would rather drive to Main St Windsor or Fort Collins! read more

Slow ah service makes me upset. Ordered and they prioritized at least 10 orders who ordered after me. I have waited 20 mins for a small ah order the past 3 times I've been here. read more

Honestly, when it comes to Taco Bell I don't expect high standards but this place.... new low level of hell when it comes to taco bells. I'm gonna tell you. Whatever you do. Do not go in here. 1. Their bathrooms.... pubes all over the seats, insulating FALLING from the walls and ceiling. None of the stalls have toilet paper, and there is dirty toilet paper all over the floor that people have USED and put on the ground. There is a sign on the wall that says they clean it every 30 minutes. I doubt it's cleaned even once a day. It was VILE. Trash over flowing into the main hand washing area and then bam ... no hand soap. Ready for the kicker, I was in there when staff was using the restroom too and guess what.... they didn't even attempt to use the soap, just was in the stall going to the restroom and straight out to handle your food! Come to this Taco Bell! Get your taco from under a warmer and not fresh with a side of norovirus! read more

I don't ever expect to get high quality food from taco bell. But this location must have either, not been trained properly, or they do not have a manager. The customer service wasn't terrible, young man at the register was polite, but it took a bit for our food to come out. The tortilla for my burrito was hard and seemed stale. It was a beefy 5-layer but it looked as small as a value menu bean and cheese burrito. The place seems fairly clean at least, the dining room and bathrooms anyway. But I definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

So ate in ordered plenty of food and drinks no ice didn't want to spare any from back. ugh didn't want to compensate a freeze drink which was the difference in 1.03 like really don't want to take care of any customers that ordered any drinks on a hot day! Amelia was her name. Seven other customers came in was told nothing. Finally heard her say one time sorry we have no ice after the fact they bought a drink. What place does this read more

First time I visited this location. Will be the last. Terrible service. Seems like the 4 or 5 people working there didn't have a clue as to what to do or how to provide service of any kind. 6 people in here waiting for food. No one eating. Everyone waiting. After 20min, I got the one item I ordered. Avoid this place. read more

They always mess up my order and I have to come back for them to correct it. The food was inedible the last time I ate it, even for Taco Bell's standards it was beyond disgusting. The people who work here are super rude. All in all one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to and I won't be coming back. read more

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no red sauce--got red sauce anyway. Beans were ice cold. Drinks? Flat. Not a single bubble in sight. Chicken chalupa was cold, stale, and borderline inedible. I'm not asking for fine dining--it's Taco Bell--but this place couldn't even hit the bare minimum. If you can't manage hot food and fizzy soda, what are you even doing? This location needs a complete overhaul--new management, new staff, new standards. Just shut it down and start over. read more

Horrid service , ordered 3 meals and they got all 3 of them incorrect. Why give me a bean burrito and hard shell taco when I ordered the 3 dorito taco combo ? I didn't order that and the receipt even shows you selected the 3 dorito taco combo .... read more

this place actually does a really good job most of the time for me and i'm sad about the reviews. i had the most wonderful quesadilla tonight and I'm very happy! it took them like 4 minutes, the wait times here are pretty good when you don't come when it's absolutely slammed. the restaurant is very clean considering it's an understaffed taco bell! i love my local timnath taco bell and i hope everyone will feel the same one day. read more

One star deduction from the previous rating for asking me to donate to charity and not providing a tray for a dine-in order.

Every time we've been to this location they forget something in our order. I spent almost $40 for barely any food, and when we got it, stuff was missing and the food was extremely hard, including the chicken. I'm just a broke college student who wants some Taco Bell, not to get ripped off by it By the way, don't ever order the cinnamon twists. They never show up in the bag. read more

Worst drive thru experience I could think of in the last few years. Pull up to order and we ask to review the menu before we order. Woman over the comm told us to take time. We did. Almost immediately after we were asked if we were ready. We apologized and asked for more time. We were informed about the importance of their drive thru times. We felt rushed and ordered. With my box I asked specifically for no beans in my burrito. Did not show on the screen summary for our order. My burrito in fact did have beans. I understand company metrics but it was a terrible experience. Rude woman taking our order. Weren't even acknowledged when paying and no thank you. Rushed through the entire time and we were the only people in the drive thru. Checked the bag because I noticed the worker was too rushed to accurately place my order. After the interaction with her I did not want to go back around for the correct order. Avoid this location. Their numbers are more important than accuracy and customer satisfaction. read more

Unreal! We have been in our car for 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru without ordering. I went inside and it appeared there were two teenagers working... total. We just flew here from CA and drove from Denver. We are hungry and exhausted w no way out of this Taco Bell hell. Soooo.. this location should close down until such a time they can run this place. We will be complaining to corporate. I do not blame the employees. They are completely overwhelmed. They should have someone here warning people not to enter the drive thru unless they don't mind being in their car indefinitely! We are still sitting here. Today is Sunday night June 30th at 9:00 pm. We are at the order board now and its been ten minutes w nobody even taking our order. We are getting extremely pissed!!!!!! So we finally got the person behind us to back out after sitting at the order board for 15 minutes! So a total of 45 minutes and no food. I called.... The manager was quite rude. I told her the least they could do was to close and let people know they are unable to fulfill orders! So 45 minutes not even an order. Just ridiculous! Stupid! Asinine read more

Food poisoning!!!!!!! I went through the drive-through at this location on February 6, 2025. Today is February 11, 2025 and I am still in bed with food poisoning. I got a bean burrito and a Pepsi. Previous to this timeframe, I had not eaten since the day before at breakfast. My family ate the same thing I did that morning, so I know my food poisoning came from this Taco Bell. For the first eight hours, I could not even keep down water, since then everything I eat , I then have to run to the bathroom. I don't care if this is TMI, the store needs to figure things out! I called the manager who had a very uncaring tone, even as she said at the end of the conversation. Hope you feel better. I could tell she could care less. The gentleman at the window was nice and talking to coworkers about his car needing to be fixed. I have had bariatric surgery. Throwing up as hard as I was could have damaged my stomach. Clearly management and staff don't care so corporate needs to figure this out before someone gets hurt even worse! read more

Very very slow drive thru. Longest I've been in. What takes so long? Are they messing around all the time? Seriously. This is a ridiculously small burrito. They remade my burrito and that's the size it's supposed to be. read more

Taco Bell in Timnath, CO is the dirtiest most disgusting restaurant ever. They win the award of negative 5 stars. Food is everywhere on the floor. Service is terrible. I didn't eat the food after finally getting it, I put it on a table and walked out. The food looked as disgusting as the floors. Wasted over $30 dollars on food that looked like it came from a garbage can. The floors in the restaurant look like a garbage can too, trash everywhere. I will never return to Taco Bell. Avoid Taco Bell. read more

This place is a joke. It's the only Taco Bell near our house but it's a miserable experience every time we come. The wait is always 3-5x longer than it should be. Whoever owns this franchise needs to suck it up and hire enough staff to do the job. My wife may come back because she loves this food but it's my last time. I should be able to get a taco in less than 30 minutes for Christ's sake read more

the customer service was okay. first dude who talked to me was very nice and apologetic when he told me they were out of what I wanted. got my food but they forgot my soda so I asked for it and the girl didn't say a word to me. then the soda machine was out of ice which is no big deal. the soda? warm. kinda gross. my chalupa was hard as a rock. fully regretting getting it read more

Second time in a row they messed up my order. First time, my burritos were cold and my drink was flat. No flavor. Today I ordered a 12pc Cinnabon Delight and they gave me 2... TWO!! And no plastic utensils for my fiesta potato's. Guess I'll just eat this with my fingers. Avoid if possible, I'd rather drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to a Taco Bell that actually has good service. read more

Food was ok, service was fast. My main complaint is there was an employee sitting with another woman at a table and they had their bong sitting out on the table. Kind of a weird place for a BONG. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was awful. Drive-thru took forever. Stuff was missing from our bag, I went in and the lobby was absolutely disgusting. Manager was super rude about it. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

The drive thru was to the road, so we decided to try inside instead. Even worse! Lobby was filled with people waiting. Was told had been waiting over 30 minutes for food, no ice in machine, and not one person in sight to assist at the counter. We left and went to another location! Need to have adequate staff for times and park cars for orders that food isn't ready to keep drive thru moving. Please do better! read more

I don't know why they have any bad reviews. My kids being picky eaters order everything special. This Taco Bell knows how to make food! it was great! thanks guys/gals! read more

Taco Bell - Daughter loving her food! - Tacos Near Me - Timnath, Colorado

Sometimes I just feel like having Taco Bell! I don't eat Taco Bell very often, but when I do it is most often at this location. It is right next to Costco, where I spend a lot of my time. The service at this location is mediocre, but I wouldn't say that I've had a negative experience. They usually get my order right, and it usually comes out hot and fresh. Occasionally they don't follow the proper procedures for preparation of the food, but not in a food safety sort of way. I will continue to come here to get my chili cheese burrito and a soft taco. My wife loves the nachos supreme. The portions are always pretty good, which makes me pretty happy. read more

I'm sorry, but if you close at 1:00 your grills shouldn't be off at 12:30. This is one of the only places in This area open and by turning your equipment off you limit a huge part of your menu. You should not be shutting down your equipment prior to the hours of your operation, especially a half hour before. read more

I don't expect great service at Taco Bell, but 40 minutes for 4 cars in the drive through seems extreme. If there was an exit in the drive though lane I'd have left and never come back. When the last car in front of me finally got their food and they still didn't bother to take my order i left with about 15 cars waiting behind me. Will never be back. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell. No indoor dining. Drive thru is about 20 minutes. Don't go there

The tacos at this location were ok up until now, but what I just ate were the worst tacos I've ever had from a Taco Bell. The taco shells were not at all crunchy. I guess they were sitting out all day. The food was not even warm by the time I got home, which is only a few minutes away. I am genuinely surprised that tacos from a Taco Bell could be this bad. The way the tacos looked described the attitude of the employees as "we don't care AT ALL." August 8, 2021 was a bad night at this location. Previously I had been happy with the service here, but tonight they did not seem to care. This drive-thru is always slow, so nothing was different about that, but it certainly didn't help. read more

This store has a huge problem- The whole idea of the mobile app is to bypass the drive-through and pick up your food, but because they're short staffed the lobby is closed and you have to go through the drive-through to pick up your food... I waited 35 minutes to pick up my order. The order was wrong and the food was cold when I got home! I have an idea, when someone goes to that location and you can't service on mobile pick up tell them that you are not accepting mobile orders pretty simple. You have definitely lost a customer..... read more
