Worst management skills I've ever seen very unprofessional talking to customers as if they were pure trash. Refused to help customers ring up their orders insisting everyone has to ring up their order through a kiosk that they were unable to ring anyone out. Ordered 3 burritos last night and added jalapeños to them only to have pit them in 3 separate little cups. Very disappointed.

Today when I walked in it smelt bad very dirty from them letting the homeless sit in there and use up the spots to eat. The food was alright it was a little over cooked. I think we can all agree that we don't go to Taco Bell with high expectations, but this location makes the others shine. I think it would be easier to place an order if we were speaking different languages. It took so much repeating and deleting to get a simple order right on the screen. Then the order came out wrong. The restaurant is hotter than the state of Georgia. It took several minutes of waiting to get utensils. Finally we have our order and are ready to eat on one of the few tables open and without signs that they're closed for COVID. First time at this Taco Bell and we will be back. We had lunch here on a Thursday. When we walked in my husband mentioned the place was spotless. His actual words. It was noticeably clean. I order custom tacos and they are not all the same. Most Taco Bell's never get it right. This Taco Bell got every single taco done exactly right! Food wise this was the best Taco Bell we have been to and we travel cross country for work. The staff were friendly and did their jobs very well. Went to drive thru and it wasn't working so had to go inside. We ordered our food and the rude cashier gave us our drink cups to use the drink machine in the seating area. All the soft drinks we wanted were pouring out carbonated water, and no soda. We told the rude cashier and she said, "What do you want me to do?" We asked could she please get our drinks from the machine behind the counter. She snatched up each cup and walked back to fill them one at a time. They gave us the wrong drinks and were completely out of what my daughter wanted. The sweet tea was nearly sour and watered down. Not only did they not have the drinks we wanted, but they were rude about assisting us, the paying customer, with the issues we were having. I don't know how it's possible to mess up orders every time we come here, which is often because I love Taco Bell in general, but EVERY SINGLE TIME we come... the order is severely messed up. I'm vegetarian and also can't have dairy because my breastfeeding son has an allergy to it so it's essential that my food is made properly. I've not once been to this Taco Bell and had my food made without having to call and speak to someone after to get a replacement (or just go hungry because I can't eat what was given to me) This locations has hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. Only got one star to rate them. The racist employees here were serving black customers that came in after white customers by 15-20 minutes their food first. But sadly that's not my issue because I'm used to this type of racist behavior when visiting fast food businesses around this area. It's expected sadly. But my biggest issue was the manager( I'm guessing by his shirt being different) stuck his gloved hands down his pant and then proceeded to make food. As another employee decided to pull his phone out and get on it instead of making the food that the white customers that came into lobby had ordered. We are from Florida, coming back home from escaping Irma. Stopped in Taco Bell with 6 hangry kids and 4 exhausted adults. MELISSA J was our cashier and we were all in agreement, she was just amazing and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and our order was perfect! She was super friendly and definitely not what we are accustomed to in Florida. Used the mobile app to place an order, didn't come through their system. I showed them the order from the app, the confirmation order, and my mobile checking account to show them the money had been taken out, but they still refused to make my order or give me a refund, despite me showing them all the physical proof that they had taken my money for the order. This place is great! I've eaten at so many taco bells and never really expect high quality food or service but I was pleasantly shocked. This is the best one I've been to by far!!! ERNEST!!! Ernest served us our food and he was so kind and you could tell he had just made it fresh as it was steaming (something I never see)! Ernest even came up to check on us and ask us if we were doing okay and needed anything! He should work as a chef in a 5 star restaurant I have never had someone at Taco Bell ask me if I need anything or if the food was properly made (which it was). On Feb 7th 2017 I walked into this Taco Bell and first thing I noticed was the employees just sitting around. I went up to the counter to place my order. I waited for over 30minutes. The employees we more concern with the drive through that walk in orders. I had to keep asking where is my order.The fellow that put my order together seemed like he was pissed to have to do anything.The floor behind the counter toward the back had food and other stuff on the floor.
