No compassion, no, "what can we do to make it right?", just " we do no wrong". All those decades of great memories, down the toilet with my meal... Shame on them for their arrogance....beware.

We arrived early enough on a Saturday to beat the crowd and were seated promptly by our waitress Skyler. She was extremely attentive to our needs and saw that we had brought a cake with us. She offered to keep it in the restaurant cooler until after our dinner. Our drink orders were placed promptly and our waitress brought us chips and salsa. The drinks came out quick and my son really enjoyed his peach margarita and later a Pina colada . My draft beer was cold and came with a lime, just how I like it. We ordered the queso cheese dip and ended up ordering a second one as we liked it that much. My wife ordered a Cajun chicken chimichanga mini sized and my son and I ordered the Mikes southwestern bbq fajita chimichanga. All of our food came out fast, hot and fresh. The portions were large and we all enjoyed our dinners. After eating, our waitress brought out our cake along with a lighter for our candle. She and some of the other waitresses placed a sombrero on my son's head, gave him a fried Ice cream and sang happy birthday to him. He had a great birthday dinner. Kudos to Skyler our waitress. She was amazing! Ask to be seated in her area when you come here, you won't be disappointed.

Our server was very helpful. We saw a few people celebrating their birthdays, and the staff helped with the celebration. Seemed like a good place to have a birthday! I ordered the Chili Poblano's and two Tamales. The Poblano's came with rice and refried beans. The Poblano's also had seasoned ground beef on them. The flavors were great, probably now my favorite restaurant Poblano's . I had to bring the tamales home, they are huge! They tasted great the next day, they were covered, with chili beans, mole sauce and cheese. They tasted great! My wife had the Enchiladas Tapatias which she said was delicious! It was raining that day and they kindly brought it right to my car as I was waiting nearby. I opened up the food and it was a super fresh burrito, cut in half. They had two delicious sauces that came with it: a red sauce and a green sauce. It was a really generous and large Junior Burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The lettuce was super crisp and fresh. Meats were tender juicy and flavorful. Everything really hit, very similar to a California-style burrito. Overall highly recommend, really good service and incredible value for money

I shared half of it with my friend who agreed. We spoke to the waiter and he commented that all margaritas have lime in them. I added a bunch of sugar to the other half and it was ok. The thing is, shouldn't he have offered to replace it? He was arrogant enough to walk away from the table. We will not be returning. There are plenty of good Mexican restaurants where you don't have to wonder if your $13 cocktail is going to be good enough to actually drink. I was very disappointed in this menu item as it was so watered down/thin texture that the dip would not even stay on the chips. That, and the fact that there are no small plates passed out with the appetizer to share, trying to dip a chip and get it to my mouth without all of the dip ending up on the table was not possible. I just think for the price of a can of beans and a container of queso dip there is no need to thin the consistency out to make a bigger profit at the expense of the customer.
