As in- your food comes out fresh!! But that also means other members of your party may have to wait 5-10 min before theirs is up. Just enjoy the company and your piping hot food. I prefer that over it being left in a warmer for God knows how long. 3: in terms of overall atmosphere- the service is so nice. Don't come here looking for a Michelin Star experience- but if you're looking for a welcoming environment, delicious hot food, and a salsa bar with a variety of options- this is your place. We stood and walked to the host at the door and asked to be billed for the Margaritas... I told him how long we waited with no service and his only words were, "Cash or card?". No apologies, no discounted return visit, no "no charge for the two Margaritas, no "sorry folks".... Nothing. If this is how they treat customers... we will certainly never return. My wife and I just bought land here and look to build our family compound/Homestead. So, we were hoping to find a good spot to frequent. But, equally important... this place helped us find a "no go" spot. Check this eatery off the list. I had a quesadilla and she had the carne asada! Both plates were delicious! They even made a special little plate for our baby. One of the best parts of the experience was the service. They really tried their best to make each customer feel welcomed and happy. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food also! Now, this restaurant is absolutely hopping every night just about. On weekends, it's full of large crowds of happy people, amazing food, and a staff that's truly up to the challenge. I've never had an order mixed up here, and never had a rude waiter or waitress. I've been here perhaps more times than I can count over the years, and the taste never changes. It also, incidentally remains one of the only restaurants in town that my mother can consistently eat at with all her stomach issues. It's clean, it's delicious, and friendly. My personal favorites to order are the Fajita Texas, Pineapple Fajita Texas, the Super Taco Salad, and the House Special.
