I redeem the reward through the app. I love how it never goes away because other apps take away the birthday rewards. First I ordered through the app, then it took 3 minutes for it to be completed. I walked in and the employee asked if I ordered the Baja blast freeze and I said yeah. He gave it to me with a smile. The inside of Taco Bell was clean and white. Thought this restaurant only gets your order wrong through DoorDash but no they manage to get it wrong when in person dining. This is the second time that I placed an online drive thru order for pickup and it was missing what I paid extra for.I ordered the Enchirito and I added $0.70 for sour cream!
