the best service ever!!!!! Give them a raise asap angie and sarai were so patient and kind and the food was so good!!!

The serving size of the fiesta potato bowl from this location was different compared to another location i went to buy the same item from. I was given a small bowl that made it seem like they never added the extra potatoes i asked for. plus, the lady didn't include the sauces which was literally on the order ticket. next time, put the sauce in my bag! read more

I got a cheesy Gordita crunch and only half of it was filled with meat... You guys can do better

Despite the location, this Taco Bell has dedicated and kind employees. The service is good and the food is excellent. This Taco Bell location is what I compare other Taco Bell's to. It's fast food not a five star restaurant, Let's remember that. read more

Taco Bell - Power Menu Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Stockton, California

Bryan in drive thru was awesome, very cordial, fast and good attitude!! Nachos chips were crispy and cinnamon delights were warm and fresh!

Food is same old same old But they always always always forget something Close the window before we could even ask for sauce read more

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. The handful of times I've been, they will tell you their grill is already off/not working. They always get our order wrong and with how frequent this happens, I believe it is intentional. We recently order beefy 5 layer burritos, then turns out they gave us cold bean and cheese burritos. I don't know why I try to be kind and understanding of this spot and its employees, they need a talk with the BBB. Get Wendy's or McDonalds next door instead, less bullshit to deal with. read more

I never wanna go to this Taco Bell location ever again sorry ass motherfucker I order a big cheez-it and their stupid ass only gave me lots of veggie little bit of meat with no crunchwrap I will never come back to this Taco Bell and spend my money again this east hammer location suck so fuckin bad it ain't worth my time and my money....if u do decide to go to this Taco Bell location and order your food make sure u check your food and if u don't u gonna get rip off like me.... read more

Ima fan of Taco Bell but lately these tacos been soggy and the Mexican pizza tasted expired so hit up the next Taco Bell cuz this one is very disappointing! read more

Zero stars. No customer service!! I'm a senior citizen! I don't know how to work computers. I was greeted with a sign to use the Kiosk to place my order! I myself and a group of 3 young pre teens were the only ones in the restaurant. I did my best to order from the computer, after I asked for help on how to use the Kiosk. I said can you help me? I was quickly told just touch the screen on what you want? I did struggle to place my order and still I got it wrong! Besides that It didn't even ask if I was a senior for my discount. I will never return to this location! Even tho it was just myself and the pre-teens that ordered from the Kiosk they still got our orders wrong! And had the nerve to cop a attitude when we the pre teens and the senior citizen said it was wrong! I didn't even get a receipt because I don't have a email ! Fc% you this location! This is our customer service generation! I don't give a Fu$k I just want a check . As all my reviews I have to reach out to my younger nephews and nieces to write what I want good or bad! Shame on you! For treating us elderly as stupid! When we went to school we didn't have the internet or computers! Google! At our fingertips we used good ole pen and paper An encyclopedia books! We didn't have Cell phone. Welcome to the I don't give a sh%it what you want. I just want a paycheck and go home read more

I ordered my tacos with extra cheese and barley gave me any meat or cheese. I paid extra for cheese this was very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location or recommending any one here. BEWARE!! read more

Placed a order and they missed 7 items out of the order. 5 crunchy tacos and 2 nacho cheese sides. Terrible service.

customer service was terrible & order took really long to get to us. food was cold & tasted really off.

Online it states that the hours that they are open is until 1am and Of course that is through the drive-through.... I just double checked to make sure. I will check again because I don't want to 2nd guess things. But I know I just saw it is 1am. Anyways I'm not sure why they decided to close down the restaurant at 12:38am, when there is 2 cars ahead of me, then I'm in line (the 3rd car) and then there was a car behind me which made it very hard to get out of the drive through line. Especially for the car ahead of me (if they didn't get to order, I guess they wouldn't have drove ahead past the menu where you order if they couldn't order, I really don't know at what time the employees decided to close down.) it's obvious that the truck that was parked at the window was able to order because I was driving in the parking lot headed to Taco Bell and noticed that truck was ordering. I was thinking there was a lot of traffic for it being so late. Anyways while in line behind the cars ahead of me and while cars were pulling in behind me for some reason the employees decided to close. This just really sucks for people like me and maybe the other customers are in the same situation as I am. I just got off work and wanted something other then the typical 24 hour diner that is the only other thing open. I was happy that I was able to make it there before they closed. Then this happens. Geese what a nice "how do ya do". Ok so that doesn't really make sense I'm just bothered by this. read more

I ordered food at around 2:00am, 04/23/2023. The meat tasted and smelled funny. I ate it anyway, thinking it must be all in my mind. I had one of the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. This is on top of them getting the order wrong. I searched their health department records and they consistently get violations. I won't be coming back ever. read more

Compared to the Taco Bell off March/West, this place always skimps the portions of the meat cheese lettuce etc. as if they've always been told to portion less as if they going to get paid more for it! Unless they're lazy to prep the items once it runs out of stock?! And idk why they stay using the dustpan through the drive thru window to cheat their speed of service!! What you doing touching a dust pan. Handling cash and handling my bag of food! I gave dude $15 and with exact change. And he doesn't give me my change back in dollars like c'mon. read more

Avoid! Made an online order, foolproof, right? WRONG! 3 items missing, what was in the bag , was of the absolute Worst quality I have seen! Half teaspoon of meat in the tacos, half empty crunchwrap supreme, While waiting for my order, one customer left due to lack of service, when the worker finally noticed people in the lobby, the "customer" in front of me asked for and was given 2 medium drink cups, (gratis), he stood in front of the fountain chain drinking about 7 cups of soda. I finally asked him if I could have a turn. The food, service and the cleanliness of East Hammer Ln. location all get a ZERO score... Do better! read more

I don't know if they just don't care but all my items where thrown upside down and they had forgot my french fries so i went back and they gave them to me upsidedown again all spilled in the bag and i went to go talk to them and the white guy there was just like okay i'll flip them back read more

I go to this Taco Bell because it is near my boyfriend's parents house. I gave this Taco Bell 2 stars because they're pretty fast despite the long lines; however, every time I come to this Taco Bell, something is wrong with my food whether I find hair in my taco. Once, I even found acrylic nails in my tacos. read more

Stankkkk!! This place smells like a moldy bathroom and the damn chairs and cabinetry is falling apart. I was very apprehensive to eat here. The cashier was sweet though. So I guess I'll give it 2 stars. read more

Order food today thru door dash & the whole order was screwed up. They were terrible before their remodel so I thought the food would get better. IT DIDN'T!!! Do yourself a favor & go to the Taco Bell on Waterloo road. At least they get an order correct. read more

WORST LOCATION EVER!! Fire that Mexican bitch who works at the drive thru!!! She gave me half my order and when I asked for the other half politely, this bitch shows me so much attitude and I heard her laughing loudly after, that bitch can't even give shitty food!!! I can see why she belongs at a Taco Bell Not to mention, these bitches took so long at the window today for every single person!!! Fire these lazy employees who act so superior!!! read more

I'm not gonna lie, yeah, the food is good...BUUUT about 70% of the time they get it wrong. Yikes. It's quite a shame because the workers seem friendly. Place is a bit dirty, but I don't really mind because you'll get your food fast. Hah read more

This Taco Bell tastes weird. It was fast service & order was correct. I know that Taco Bell already tastes funky but this one is way off (chips stale tomatoes bitter on the nachos) etc. If you're looking for a bomb Taco Bell go to the one on Kettleman in Lodi. Never this place again probably read more

I've gone here several times and it's hit or miss. But tonight... tonight was special. I ordered two chalupas and a taco supreme all with extra cheese. Now Taco Bell has upped the price of extra cheese to $.50 per item so really, you should expect something extra. Well I guess they must have confused "Extra cheese" for "Hardly any cheese" because there was like a very light dusting on each item. LOL, LOL, LOL I PAID $1.50 for like 1/10th of an ounce of cheese. THAT'S LITERALLY $250 a pound. I could have gone to France and gotten some super fancy donkey-truffle cheese for that price! Also the chalupas were kinda wet, which is disgusting. read more

I've had a couple of instances here that have left a bad impression on me that my wife and I have stopped going to this location all together. The last three times we have been, we have had something found in our food. We have had hairs and nails in our food, which you wouldn't think would happen on such a consistent basis. The people there don't seem to be rude and often times are very friendly, but the quality of the food just leaves us wanting to go elsewhere. read more

The team members are disengaged and not at all warm. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. The bathroom did not have soap and you can't trust the cleanliness under these conditions. My order was wrong, they had bacon or something pink in my burrito, when I ordered vegetarian food and even the receipt had specified "substituting beef with beans". They don't even call your name when the order is ready. Very cold place to dine in. read more

Very rude service! Food was very dry and it was very disappointing. The workers seemed unsatisfied with their jobs. While my husband and I ordered food they kept rushing us. Messed up our order. As you can see I was served with an old dried up naked chicken chalupa. Smh. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Stockton, California

See all

Wow, they got rid of the bulletproof glass drivethru window? You fancy, huh. Great service, typical fast food. Geoff and his damn chalupa fix resulted in me subjecting myself to things like "Mexican pizza" and nachos that were stale wherever they weren't turning soggy touching the ingredients. Might as well just get a quesadilla and eat it before it turns cold. Fountain soda and packets of sauce required to keep your mouth from dying of boredom. read more

The amount of times the workers just leave while ordering is insane and they take at least an hour for a small order. The person receiving the order is always confused on what I order even though I made myself clear after the third time. I wish I could leave no starts because of how bad their service is. read more

Order is usually correct and food is on the fresher side. However, the lobby is filthy and completely run down. The floors look like they hadn't seen a mop in days, and the drain under the soda machine was completely overcome with mold and grime. Also, this place was due for a remodel about 15 years ago. Seriously, this has to be one of the only Taco Bells with the 90s decor left. read more

Second straight week at a Taco Bell, and ordering the same thing! So... I'll just copy last week's review into this one... Saves a lot of typing... Volcano Burrito (*** $2.99) How can you say...... Hamburger Helper in a Burrito Wrapper? Using some of the supposed "Hot Sauce" from their Volcano Taco - you can see the "Hot Stuff" by looking for the Lipstick Red bits embedded within the Burrito. Yes, there REALLY is a pound of "Stuff". It was darned heavy... Combo #8 3 Hard Shell Tacos with Drink (*** $4.29) Cheap enough. Your average Taco Bell regular Tacos... nothing special. Will satisfy that craving you get once in a long while... Had some fun with the Taco Bell guy at the counter.... "What are the ingredients that make up the 7-layer Burrito?", I asked. Like a guy that had to memorize this to get this job... "Beans, Sour Cream, Lettuce, Tomato, Guacamole, a 3-Cheese Blend of Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Mozarella and lastly Seasoned Mexican Rice." Impressive. "OK, What are the missing ingredients in your 5-layer Burrito that's not in your 7-layer Burrito?" He was probably thinking I came from Taco Bell corporate! I guess he didn't want to answer that question... read more
