I placed my order through the app 15 minutes in advance and chose to pick it up inside the restaurant. When I arrived, there were nine other customers waiting, and not a single employee acknowledged anyone walking in. No greetings, no updates--just silence. Two DoorDash drivers had to chase down different employees to ask about their orders. One of them approached an employee at the computer, who refused to help because he was "about to go on break" and claimed he was no longer on the clock. He didn't offer to find someone else or provide any assistance--he just walked away. There were six employees visible, three wearing headsets, and yet none of them engaged with customers. No one said hello, asked if we needed help, or showed any urgency. I waited inside for 15 minutes, and the atmosphere was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, my order was wrong. Items were missing, substitutions were made without explanation, and I had to go back to the counter to get it fixed. Even then, the response was indifferent. What's most concerning is that the general manager allows all of this to happen - even when she's there and sees no problems with this type of pathetic excuse for a restaurant. No leadership, no accountability, and no effort to improve the situation. If this is the standard being set, it reflects a serious issue with how this location is being run. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. My Crunchwrap Supreme was soggy. Person taking my order got mad when I asked for my drink cup (he didn't give me one) & then just threw it down on the counter. Right before this he argued with another guy over not giving him his drink. The floors were soaking wet. Horrible all around. read more

Ever since the new owners took over Taco Bell; the food has been much better. The servers that take your order or fill your order seem to enjoy their jobs. The new owners did renovate the interior, and it always seems to be clean when I go to Taco Bell! I really like the Taco Bell app where you can just grab and go your order that was placed online! With the online app, you can order things and customize your order, that's not available in the store! So far I haven't had a bad experience with Taco Bell yet with the new ownership! Same stuff different owner. Most of the tacos only have maybe 1-2 tablespoons of meat, stale hard shells. The last 3 times I got 2 Chilli cheese burritos and it's was like they took a tablespoon of meat spread it within the tortilla a pinch of cheese and rolled it up. Most of their tacos are pure tortilla with no filling. Can't believe I spent $32 on just seasoned tortillas. read more

This taco bell sucks. Period. But its the only taco bell in town and i usually love taco bells. I've complained to their corporate about missing food items from my order whenever i go through the drive thu. What sucks is when im leaving town to drive to Denver or Fort Collins (both 2hr drives) 2 miles down the road i found out my soda is either Flat or they have ran out of syrup in their soda machine. And it just sucks to turn back around. This is happened to me numerous times at this taco bell location. Also everytime i order the "meal deals" they always forget to put my bag of doritos in with my order and ill have to turn around if i find out or go home w/o it. I've gone home with missing burrito or taco before as well. This taco bell really need to step up their game! I've been going to Taco Johns more now. I use to never go there but i feel like this taco bell is due for a new management. This Taco Bell needs work. Every time we have gone here our order is messed up. Everyone we know in towns order gets messed up. I went and said my order it was relayed back wrong so I kindly corrected her then she read it back again still wrong so I corrected again... Then when it finally seemed that they got it right I got it and it still was messed up. When I went in with my receipt they said well you need to have the bag of food as well so I went back to my car got the bag of food and showed them and I was asked to wait to the side and wait. ( by this time I'm getting impatient) when they finally got to me he accused me of eating the lost burrito and insisted arguing with me. I finally got the items I was missing even though another burrito was wrong when I got home and handed everyone's food out to them which was now cold. Waste of my time and not impressed. Update tried again a few weeks later just ordered a bean burrito.. they forgot the beans.... they had one job lol it wasn't even busy! read more

I wish I could give negative stars, and I wish I was joking about this review. Stopped by Taco Bell in Sterling this afternoon to grab my husband some food. Lady at the speaker was extremely rude from the get go. Got to the window and she's throwing things in the bag and still rude. Pretty much throws the bag at me. I say thank you. She slams the window. I say thank you louder. She turns around and flips me off. I yell through the window "what's your name?!" And she flips me off AGAIN! ...an employee flipped a customer off. TWICE! Then she went around the corner so I couldn't see her. So I sat at the window and caught the attention of another employee who came to the window. The girl came back around and tried sliding the window shut so the other employee couldn't talk to me and kept telling her not to worry about it. The second employee grabbed someone else cause she apparently didn't speak English. That employee told me the manager would be in at 6 and gave me the employees name. WTF! I'm far from a Karen... if she had just been grumpy and rude I would have just driven away and blown it off. But to flip a customer off twice after being rude is a whole different story. 6 has now come and passed...I've tried contacting the phone number listed online and on the Taco Bell website for the sterling location (they're the same) but it keeps just ringing and then eventually rings as a fax line and now it's just busy signal. And when my sister in law stopped by to see if there was a better number to call she was told there wasn't a manager and just to report it online. Ummm...no. I already did that but I expect to be able to speak to someone at the local level as well. read more

Waited in drive through line for literally over twenty minutes with eight cars behind me before the jerk inside told me "just a minute" in a rude voice at the speaker. Ten minutes later he comes on and asks, very coldly and rude what can I get you. I ask for the cravings pack. Four beef tacos and four basic burritos are in it. He says we don't have those right now. And I said, you don't have tacos and burritos?" He said we do we just don't have the pack. (Meaning I guess that they didn't want to make eight items and put them in a bag apparently and charge the price listed on their menu which constitutes fraud. Half an hour for this jerk to play games with each customer who say there waiting for a half hour just to order. God know it would have been an hour total before I got my food. Close your doors. This Taco Bell is an absolute train wreck. My wife and I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and a black bean crunchwrap with cinnamon twists for our daughter. After getting the food, there were no cinnamon twists in the bag. I went inside and told them about it. The guy in the window rolled his eyes, grabbed some twists off the rack and had the audacity to dump them in my bag. I went back out to the truck to find that they also gave us a black bean quesarito instead of a crunchwrap. So I went in a second time and spoke to the same guy. He was wearing a Monster hoodie, so I'll just name him "Kyle." I told Kyle that he gave us the wrong order again and once more he rolled his eyes and told the cook to come forward. She asked if I wanted beef and I told her I wanted black bean. She remade a crunchwrap gave it to me and apologized. We get home and the cook made a beef crunchwrap supreme. ‍ I know marijuana is legal in Colorado, but it seems to me that every employee in this freaking restaraunt is stoned off their ass. read more

I'm giving you only two stars. I do come here occasionly, just for tacos. The tacos are good...But, customer service. No. I asked for my receipt which I received. Print was bad, could hardly read what was it. I brought it to the cashier's attention. He knew about it, but nothing could be done. My opinion he didn't even try to correct it. I guess minimum wage doesn't go that far. This happened today at 11:35am. 7/19/2016. All customers check the print quality of your receipt!!!!
