Tried to get food on Sunday afternoon June 8th. Trash thrown all around entrance but went inside because i also need to use bathroom facilities, however you have to order food prior. Stood at counter and waited and waited and waited. Several females were standing in "kitchen" area - none of them cooking or preparing food. After about 10 minutes one asked if I wished to order Of course, why else would i be standing at counter! I was then informed to use the kiosk to place order, tried booth of them several times to no avail. By that time I was too close on time to go thru process, so I left. I was dressed for a wedding, not a rude person, just a hungry customer, that received no service. read more

Unbelievably slow. They don't put to-go orders on the to-go shelf. They hide the food and you'll be standing around for 15 minutes or more wondering why your food isn't done because no one called out the order when it was finished. If you order DoorDash I hope you don't care about getting sauces because you won't get them. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered $52 worth of food and received 1/4 of the order And waited awhile. I came home and realized so I called and said can we please have a refund and she said if you come back to the store we can make the food for you or give you a refund. Then we came back through the drive thru and they made us park and come into the store. then the manager didn't believe that they gave us only half of the order and proceeded to give 3 out of the 6 remaining items. Pulled up to window and things were great till the other worker (female) basically threw the bag at me and and slammed the window and gave me nasty looks till I drove away. Donations by customers increases the problem, kindness by the restaurant management does nothing to reduce the problem. Ordered food from Uber Eats. Received it and it was cold. They had it as "finishing up" for an hour. Also received the wrong drink.

I'm noticing a big Trend with just about all fast food places, items missing just about every time. They especially screw DoorDash deliveries because they know there is nothing we can do about. 4/2/2019 Tuesday at roughly 6:45 PM. Not a customer in sight and certainly no cars in the drive through. I pull in to place my order only to be "greeted" by a sassy teenage girl over the intercom who seems to care less about the job at hand: same attitude when taking my payment as well. It Not only took several minutes to get my simple change back but after receiving my drink, I noticed it was horribly flat. Didn't mind it too much as I was in a hurry, thus the reason why I wanted "fast food." But this Taco Bell is everything but that. The teenage jokes preparing my order and conversing behind the drive through window didn't seem to care at all about how long it took for an order to get out and it seemed as if the one lone line cook was the only person actually working in the restaurant. Upon waiting 25 MINUTES for a simple $5 box order, I was only greeted with more attitude upon being handed my food. All in all, I'm a fan of Taco Bell but this place needs to seriously revise their staff or teach the teenage brats they hire how customer service works. read more

I have to say this Taco Bell is probably the best one I have ever been to. The order is not always correct but they have no problem fixing it and so far I have not come across anyone with a bad attitude. Every time I have been there everyone has been absolutely amazing. read more

Cashier was friendly, otherwise this was a horrible Taco Bell. We made our order and paid to only find out that the soda machines were flat and they already knew it but did not disclose until we brought the issue to their attention. So we had to have two large waters in place of our paid beverage of choice. Additionally, the food was not to expectation and again we paid for something (supreme) and did not get it. There were no tomatoes. The crunch wrap had very little beef and a significant proportion of lettuce. This was an extreme case of disappointment. We will not be coming back. read more
