I was out going down to the beach with my bf and his best friend. We decided to stop at Taco Bell one of my favorite places ever. However this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had at a Taco Bell. The food was awful, it wasn't even cooked. My chips were too salty and my drink wasn't even drinkable. The place was unsanitary, the tables weren't clean, I really didn't want to sit and eat there. I barely finished my food. I had to through it out. Taco Bell company really needs to do something about how the manger runs that location. read more

Avoid this one lol. You can't eat inside, it took them 10 minutes to take my friends order. I ordered a burrito, a soft chicken taco, and a quesadilla. They didn't register the burrito, and they gave me a crunchy beef taco, like that is 3 things how do you screw up half of that? The woman there is clearly on drugs and nobody there is competent. I wish I could give them no stars. As a vegan Taco Bell is one of the only fast food restaurants I can get a meal at, that isn't a salad. Idk why I keep coming to this particular location. Every time I've been here, they've messed up my order. Im not sure why it's so hard to just sub rice instead of beef and not add cheese. This time we went around closing time. I checked my order before leaving and noticed they put cheese on my taco. Turns out they already threw out the rice so I couldn't get a new one and they didn't have any potatoes. I got a refund, and ended up with no dinner. And on top of that, they made a big deal about giving the refund. Totally done with this location now. Drove up one night around 11pm, I was the only customer for miles. Got immediately yelled at from the speaker when I tried to order KFC, apparently they only do Taco Bell after a certain hour. ...ok. I then proceed to order a Chalupa much to the sigh of the employee on the other end. After driving up to the window and paying for my food I waited for over 10 min, then was told to "drive forward" and wait. (I was still was the only customer in line, no one was in the store.) Eventually an employee walked and tossed the chalupa in my open window which was wrapped in some sort of black trash bag. When I got home I found strands of hair in my chalupa. Worst food experience I can remember. They need to fire everyone and burn this place to the ground. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Let me start by saying this place has always been a hassle with the drive thru long lines, missing or wrong items in my bag, but I never had an issue with the employees until today. At 8:00pm-8:16pm I waited in the drive thru to order food. As I was placing my order I was told "No " I couldn't order something then was asked "if that was all, as I was ordering something else the employee said "I said no I told you we're not serving KFC only Taco Bell" as I was mentioning to the worker I didn't hear her and that she needed to speak up so we can hear her she then said " have a nice day" and refused to take my order. After reading other reviews of other customers having the same experience This place really should be taken down and another place take over. If this is how Taco Bell treats their PAYING customers then I won't eat here ever again. Food is very expensive and I refuse to give my money to a business with piss poor customer service. read more

Went there last night.....on a SATURDAY NIGHT...found them on maps in smyrna checked the hours of operation it says very clearly they are open EVERYDAY 10:30AM-1AM EVERYDAY....we get to the drive through at 12:25am....only to be told there CLOSED!!! According to the girl employee they closed at 11:00pm!!! We asked if you closed at eleven then why are you still here an hour and half later....cleaning is what her response was...she got the manager on duty he said the same thing...they close at 11pm because they do not get any business.......ok except we pulled up and had at least two cars pull up behind us....ok so no business....but clearly your getting business....I could see during the week not getting as much business that late but during the weekend c'mon!!! I would really love to know if the franchise/owner is aware of this...or if this is just something the employees do on there own.....say there closed, sit in the the store, BS, and wait to clock out at one!!!! Whoever is in charge of this place needs to come in and do something wether it's update your information on hours of operation... if in fact the employees were being honest...but if they weren't then they are technically stealing from your business, rejecting business and collecting an hourly wage....keep letting that happen be prepared keep losing money and close down and probably be in debt for what some lazy employees who don't care about your business all they care about is getting there paycheck and absolutely don't care if this business is successful or not. Take pride in your business....and hire people who take pride in there job......Disappointing. The only Taco Bell that "closes at 11" on a Saturday night!!! read more

Though the food is pretty good. Be advised that the average drive thru wait for this place is about 15mins no matter how big or small your order is. On 3/12/15 I got a 12-pack Cinnabon delights and waited 10mins and I was the only car in the drive thru. On 3/16/15 I went through the drive thru, there was a pickup truck in front of me at the ordering area and she had pulled up right before me, we must have been waiting there for about 5 mins just for someone to talk on the drive thru intercom and when they did all they said was "I'll be with you in a moment" by that time it was starting to get irritating another 5mins pass and I then decided to pull out of the drive thru and go to the McDonalds across the way instead. When passing the window, I could see that no one was waiting and no one was at the window so there was no reason as to why they couldn't take the order at that time. read more
