No beef in our burritos! No Beef in Gordita Crunch. They need to know how to make these things and not leave out the main ingredients.

While the menu is more selective I found everything to be far better in taste and how it is cooked! Today we shared the Mediterranean appetizer with hummus and tzatziki. Hummus is smooth and have a tahini forward flavor. My spouse and I both liked it. Tzatziki is exceptional. It is one of my favorite sauces in the world and this is great. Pita was a wonderful texture and taste wise. I ordered the chicken plate. It came out sizzling hot like fajitas traditionally do. The chicken was temperature right out of the oven, juicy and an excellent texture. Couscous on the side was beautifully cooked and had a nice touch of spice to it. The other metal bowl on my platter had a greek village style salad with diced cucumbers, diced red onions and cut in half mini tomatoes. Spouse had a Turkish pizza. The seasoning had a nice spice and kick to it. He enjoyed his meal. Spouse ordered 2 beers on draft. One of the beers was one he had before not on draft and was thrilled to try it on draft as he liked it way more. He was happy with their beer on draft selection. When deciding whether to choose the birthday or neapolitan cake we asked the gentleman at the register which he thought was better or more special. He recommended Neapolitan. It was absolutely perfect and delicious! I have never had a cake quite like it. Would totally choose it again! Very happy with the food, quality, temperature, texture and juiciness. All far surpasses it previously. Will return very soon. FYI they can only take cash tips so bring some cash. They do not take credit card, nor do they have a QR code for Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zelle.

Matt got the beef nachos - only feedback was that all the toppings were on top so the bottom chips had nothing. The kids shared the chicken tenders and Mexican rice. I had the chicken platter with couscous and salad. Wow, that chicken was so juicy and moist. The hot lemon on top made the flavors pop. All this and 2 drinks came to $52. Very good. Tons of tables and seating inside. Tons of parking available.

There's some guys finishing up at the table and a couple others picking up and a couple people with a literature cart so I'm feeling comfortable here. I ask for two each steak and chicken tacos and pick up a little something to read while I wait. A couple minutes later my food is ready and I'm getting some blazing-hot-sauce and heading to the little white truck to get out of the blowy cold. Tacos are lightly seasoned and topped with pico and avacado, onions and lime on the side. Chicken is cooked through but still soft and moist. Same for the steak but with some crispy edges. Grilled onions and lime squeezings make for a fine dinner. Yay! I'm a fan!

The menu has a few item types with a large variety of meat choices, or vegetables. There is also a special of three tacos with rice and beans for $7, which is what I got. The food was prepared to order and took about five minutes. The tacos were overstuffed (that's a good thing) with meat and onions. The green salsa was excellent and not too spicy and next time I will try the next spice level up. Oh yeah, the beans are fantastic...but the tacos are definitely the stand out here.

Tuesday Taco Night Perfection!…read more Tacos and Beer Paola in Lexington is such a gem. This unique spot sits next to its sister location--an older Stop & Go that's packed with Mexican boots, treats, sodas, and food goods--which already sets the vibe before you even walk in. We stopped in for Tuesday taco night and were immediately impressed. Chips and salsa came out with two fantastic salsas, both full of flavor. There's also a Pepsi cooler stocked with Mexican sodas and beers, which was a fun and authentic touch. The staff was beyond friendly--welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to have us there. Now the tacos... wow. Finger-licking good. I devoured three tacos: brisket, steak, sausage, and cow head--every single one was incredible. The cheese dip was smooth, rich, and absolutely wonderful. My husband loved his chicken and steak tacos as well. If I had to give one tip: do not skip the roasted jalapeños. Trust me. We'll definitely be back soon--and next time, we're bringing the kiddos.

We discovered it several months ago on a whim (just happened to catch our eye on a drive). We've been many times and have tried several different options. Portions are very generous and the flavor is amazing. My personal favorite is the Tacos al Pastor. The staff is always friendly and cheerful. They also have to-go available, which we have done as well. Highly recommend.

We had guacamole & chips for an appetizer - this was fine but nothing special. The chips are tostada style so you may need to ask for extra if sharing with a group. For lunch, I got the pork belly and chicken verde tacos. The menu advises 3 bites per taco which is pretty accurate. We ordered street corn & plantains for sides, both were quite good. I got churros for dessert and they were probably the highlight of the meal.

All of doors were open to outside and it was cold with a draft, I'm not sure why they left the doors open tonight but I had asked her to sit far away from the doors and then she ended opening up another one of the doors so they were all open. She didn't smile once and looked visibly annoyed from the moment I walked in. The food was also not great tonight. The restaurant was pretty dead and the tacos came out cold. The pork belly needed to be heated up more. The tuna taco was terrible tonight with a fishy taste (much different than my last experience) and had a shiny film on it. I took one bite and thought it tasted bad so didn't eat the rest, I'm surprised my server didn't ask me what was wrong with it.
