They just redid how the building looks and lobby which is fine but no one really stays in and eats. Employees were rude and uncooperative, my daughter had just finished a soccer game and requested dinner, and a icee from taco bell. I took her to this location and asked for her icee as-well as her meal. The employee working the drive through then gave us a snotty response saying they did not have an icee machine. Her backup option was a Gatorade so I asked for that, and then again another snotty remark saying they didn't have it. Same thing with the baha blast. She had an annoyed tone and I felt unwelcome. Used to work here, cannot recommend this facility to any passers-by or anyone needing employment. I bore witness to a minor staying and performing work tasks off the clock, as well as a manager continually striking employees, particularly minors. Zero safety equipment whatsoever, outside a thick rag, there was no way to prevent burns. This was especially rude considering employees had to handle metal pans surrounded by 200°F heat, constantly at that. The same tiny closet you can leave your clothes and other personal belongings is also the same location of the plunger, toilet brush, and other disgusting bathroom supplies. Consistent 30+ minute wait times, whether in drive thru or in lobby. This location seriously needs to be seen by some kind of authority and investigated. God bless the workers doing their best to keep up with the chaos, but the owner always made me quite uncomfortable whenever I was around him. Genuinely not worth the time to order here. Due to some set of variables I can't explain, no matter the crew, there's too many orders for the workers to handle reasonably, especially given the location. After making a $20 purchase this evening at the local KFC/Taco Bell, I expected a more satisfactory meal than I received. My cheese rollup included an extra ingredient...lettuce.. which is not a part of the original recipe. My quesadilla was unperfunctory.. An Avocado from my guacamole (an authentic Mexican dip) was canary/buttercup in color instead of the fern green that comes naturally when grown in its native country of South Central Mexico. My Quesarito had an excessive amount of shredded poultry that you claim to be "chicken"...way too much meat for me to handle.....however my soft taco was perfectly assembled and all veggies were the correct color or so it appeared upon initial inspection.... Hence the 1 star. After beginning to eat said Taco Cat I posthaste realized that it was structurally fragile as an old woman, on her death day. Back to the drawing board, balls in your court..
