This place needs better customer service! Management if you're reading this your drive thru cashier Alicia R was beyond rude tonight. We just called because our order was not correct. Of course we realized this while home already. For anyone ordering here please check your orders BEFORE driving off. We ordered beef burritos and were given bean only. Then one of our potato tacos was missing in our bags. I called to ask about this and was accused of lying. The lady claimed she saw the meat in the burritos and also saw the potato burrito get packaged up. Her attitude was unacceptable. The photo below is the so called "beef burrito" but as you can see has beans only. A photo of our receipt and the order we were supposed to have but didn't get. This is the second issue I had here at this Taco Bell location. GM and Corporate, I hope you're reading this review. Today, was a terrible experience for a fast food restaurant. It does not take 10 minutes to make a small and quick order (see my receipt) I waited for 10 minutes until I brought up my order and asked the employee why it took so long. Her response was the system glitch due to pizza hut orders. Is this true? Does this happen often? Her response, "yes." So then what is the company going to do about this? It's a fast food restaurant and needs to be fast, hence, fast food. If it cannot live up to being fast then switch to slow food restaurant. More customers wouldn't be surprised. This is not the first error I had at this location. The first error was during the toasted cheddar chalupa promotion. Where I ordered 1 beef toasted cheddar chalupa and 1 steak toasted cheddar chalupa drive thru and when I got home to try this delicious promotion for the first time, I instead receive 2 beef toasted cheddar chalupa. This was unacceptable and very disappointing that Taco Bell cannot get a simple order correct. I am definitely never going to this location ever again. Too many issues here where something's don't get resolved nor managers don't empower their team to learn how to accommodate situations where it angers the customers. I never received an apology for this issue today regarding the system glitch. And when I brought up my order, they quickly made it in 1 minute. Very disappointing. All I can say is wow food was amazing. Customer service was excellent. The Nuggets were phenomenal. They're so crispy. They have the best crunch and the sauces are so bomb. They've messed my order all 3 times I've come here and will no longer ever return to this Taco Bell. The kid working the drive thru on August 16th at 2:50 pm was 100% rude, we ordered a taco box that comes with 12 tacos all we asked for was 6 hard shell and 6 soft shell. They were all hard shell and my grandmother couldn't eat them she was very disappointed! The time before we went they messed up and gave me someone else's order so I went back gave him my receipt and he made "my" order...didn't get a single thing right with my receipt in front of his face. Then when I said that was not correct he got very hostile and told me I should be more clear about my Order...like how can I be more clear when you literally have the receipt in front of your face!!! So I was having a bad day and I ordered a meat-free cheesy Gordita crunch. Of course, they accidentally gave me one with beef in it and as a longtime vegetarian I was extra sad because of this but I also work at a drive thru so I know stuff like that happens all the time and it's about how you fix an inevitable mistake. Well, I told them what happened and the nice guy at the window apologized a bunch of times and gave me a remake very quickly, a free taco coupon for next time, and free cinnasticks. With Taco Bell, the food is always great (in my opinion). It usually never disappoints when it comes to the quality of the food, the presentation, and the overall speed of delivery. My biggest problem with this location, specifically, is the customer service. Employees always give off a bored look, don't smile, and not much greeting when you first walk in.
