Cab never seem to get my iced coffee right, they always give me the cinnabon iced coffee which I state that I do not want. Still end up with it. I have list faith in this location. Worst customer service ever. If Ali is there do not even go until he's removed from the location permanently. He Needs to be fired immediately. He wouldn't even have made it one day working for me. He Yells at customers for no reason. Complains about drivers for no reason. Complains about third party delivery service. Has no idea how to do his job. If you can't handle working in a fast food environment then don't do it. He also says he's the man and as high as he can get so no one can do anything to him. Hopefully that isn't the case cause he needs to go today. Waited 20 mins inside for my food and after he started yelling at everyone and then to me I had enough and left without even getting my food. Then when I asked about it, since they're advertised by Taco Bell at 3.49, I got a sarcastic response and then they charged me for 3 instead of 2. Fast and efficient, but the people are usually pretty unfriendly. On almost every visit, they rush you through and seem upset that they have to serve you. Plus there always seems to be some weirdo hanging around outside. And no, I'm not a jerk. When I say 'weirdo" that isn't because I'm some snooty guy; it's because they truly are weirdoes. I just went there a little after midnight tonight, and there was a lady walking back and forth in front of the doors holding a cat. The inside is closed this late, but she kept knocking on the doors and pacing back and forth, and she would walk up to the cars in the drive thru and just stare at them. And on another time, a guy kept approaching the cars asking for money to get food. I offered to buy him some food, but he declined and moved on to the next car. I guess he was planning on buying food other than Taco Bell? Finally, a side door opened and an employee came out and asked him to leave, but they ended up just getting into a verbal confrontation and eventually the employee went back inside, leaving the dude to go back to badgering the drivers. All in all, this location could use an attitude adjustment and should really crack down on the people bothering their customers in the drive thru. read more

I went to Taco Bell on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 and walked in drive thru because this place was in fact open for business. The most cruel and inhumane thing happened, the manager told me she could not accept my payment for my order. I asked why and she stated because it was policy. What policy to turn away paying customers (I thought). I turned away very hungry and appalled. I felt discriminated against on many levels. This is a fast food, GMO- downed restaurant...why turn down a dog from eating at any Taco Bell?/, much less a human being. I give this restaurant -5 stars. This was my first instance of being turned down from spending money in a public place. I mean why? The policy is not admissible. read more

The service here is unusually slow, no matter the time and the people aren't particularly friendly either. On more than one occasion I've found my self waiting 10 minutes or more for breakfast before work and the cashiers are unapologetic. read more

As my boyfriend and I were headed back from quite a longer road trip we decided to go to this Taco Bell, well unfortunately we ran into some issues, I am pregnant and it is very difficult for me to wear masks so we were denied service, we asked for them to provide us with masks so we would have protection for there sake and we were still denied, we then tried to use the kiosk to try and prevent from being face to face with them and they proceeded to tell us they would not make our food, I then used the restroom and there were feces on the toilet and the bathroom was very gross. We were then offered to go through the drive-thru as to which we denied due to the size of my boyfriend vehicle, there was no way we would have fit. My boyfriend then asked the manager to see the store policy requiring masks, they refused to show us and then repeatedly ignored us, on our way out an employee at the cash register then proceeded to flick off my boyfriend and I and tell us to "fuck off." read more
