In terms of Taco Bell, this is the best in the area. I am surprised at the poor reviews. Staff is always nice, they are never out of something or tell you they are taking cash only at 8pm like the one on Olive. Food is always hot and tastes great. It's the only location we go to now. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went here to pick up an order I made through the app. Their drive through was the only way to pick up due to COVID-19 so I went to the drive through as I was instructed. The app says they open at 10am. I'm there at 9:59am and I'm waiting in the drive through. Some lady yells at me about wasting their time and ruining their stats with the district because I was waiting in the drive through for too long. I called the location to complain and they just got more upset with me. I was early by ONE MINUTE and they got mad at me. I was willing to wait for my order until they opened but instead they just yelled at me. I canceled my order and reported the issue to corporate. I have been to this location 3 Saturdays in a row and thought I owed them a bump on Yelp. 1. HOT food every time I ate here. 2. Every item is a generous portion. 3. They had my food in under 3 minutes each time 4. I tend to judge a lot of places by their bathrooms and theiers have been really clean each time. 5. They keep their dining room clean and the tables wiped down with antibacterial wash to keep everyone healthy. 6. The people working here work hard and still are very nice to customers. I looked at the previous comments/commentors and also how many compliments or comments they had on their opinions here and at other locations. It was not good. When you disproportionately make negative comments you sound more like a nag. I hope you give this location a chance. They are awesome. read more

The only redeeming factor about this location is that it's open until 4am on weekends. I've been over 15 times and they've never gotten my order right. Ever. I've seriously ordered everything on the menu from chalupas to mexican pizzas and there is either too many items in the bag, or something completely different from what I ordered. I really don't understand it. I keep going because I love Taco Bell and luckily like everything on the menu. If I didn't, I guess I wouldn't enjoy getting a bean burrito instead of a steak burrito. I'm normally patient and reasonable, but they had me on hold at the talkbox for 10 minutes before I even ordered. When I got to the window I attempted to pay, but was told the chip in my card wouldn't read. This has happened at other places, but if the chip fails it always lets you swipe. They told me they couldn't do anything about it. I was firmly asked to leave because now there was a line forming behind me. I left with nothing after waiting for 15 minutes, and discovered after looking at my bank account that the charge went through. Terrible service and extreme incompetence. I get there early though because once I showed up 30 minutes before breakfast hours ended and they had already stopped serving breakfast.
