This may be one of the worst restaurants in St Louis. The employees can't understand English. The drive thru takes a minimum of 45 min to get thru even if there's only a couple cars. They are rude. I deducted stars for the huge (and very loud) fight we witnessed while in the dining area between employees with the F bomb dropped all over the place...yet, I added stars for the entertainment. The net result was 3 stars. Our order is correct 90% of the time here. Employees are usually pretty friendly and service is usually quick in the drive thru. Food is ok, I mean, it's Taco Bell. Dine in is different. You're going to wait a while, like, a long while. Maybe even witness verbal fights amongst staff. Tables are only clean sometimes. Zero stars if i could. Believe all the negative reviews and DO NOT go here. I placed my order online, paid, pulled to the drive thru, the worker asked me to pull to the parking spot and she'll bring it out. I waited 40 minutes then called them (it was 1am and their doors were locked). I asked how much longer, im on my lunch break and need to know. The lady says it's not ready yet and she just put down the meat. I asked again, how much longer? She then said 15 minutes. First off, I ordered 40 mins ago and was the next person in line. Why did it take 40 minutes to start prepping my food? And why didn't she tell me when I pulled to the drive thru that it would take this long? There were about 4 other cars behind me that had to pull to the parking lot as well and waited. After another 30 minutes, we finally got our food. What happened in that hour that no food were served to any guests? In the end, I ended up waiting over an hour and 10 minutes for some wack ass taco bells. This is unacceptable, especially for a "fast food" establishment. I understand if the line was extremely long and there were guests in front of me that caused the long wait time, but this was not the case. I will contact Corporate and report this location. Absolutely terrible, I've tried to order here two nights in a row. It shows online they're open yet they can never take an order. When I came last night around nine they said they weren't taking orders for 20 minutes so I left. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This Taco Bell should just be shut down. This location does not represent all of Taco Bell well at all. Every experience has been so terrible I do not know why I continue to go back when I know that my order will not be correct, the cost will not be correct, the staff will be so RUDE and the food taste horrible. I one time got stuck in the driveway because the person in front of me fell asleep in their car ( it was only like 10am) and I tried calling inside over and over again and they kept answering and hanging up. I am writing this purely from a comparison of the other Taco Bell locations in the city. I have never had any critical issues with this location and the food quality is usually on par. I've had them miss items a few times but I can live with it usually. I just want to say - thank you for not being as bad as the other locations in the city. I sometimes drive out of my way to go to this location over other locations to avoid the headache. This is about the only Taco Bell I can stand going to in Saint Louis city. read more

The last two times I've tried to order here there's a shift change or "the system is down" and they're very sorry but it will be 15-20 minutes before they can take orders again if I wanna wait in the parking lot. Somehow this system keeps going down and it seems always during the very slow times of the day or night. If you're lucky you can get served and I've never had bad food except once but if you're very hungry & depending on them on a very short lunch break I wouldn't chance it. Tried to order twice from them because my doordasher gave my food to the wrong person. Then my second dasher goes to pick up my food, and they tell him they won't make my order again because someone already picked it up (that was from the first time I ordered). Then the third time I order they said the same thing to my new dasher and that in their words, "at this point we're just giving away free food" even though my order is still being paid for?? Went through the drive-through at 9:03pm and the person at the window says we have to park for ten minutes in the parking lot and come back around again because they're on a shift change and doesn't have money in the cash drawer because they're putting in new money in the registers for the new employees.
