They will accept DoorDash orders and never make the order making door dashers wait 45 minutes at a time. This Taco Bell location should ultimately be closed down. I've been here plenty of times and have never had a good experience. They are either out of food, give you the incorrect food, or only have one staff member working. They've repeatedly told us to come inside to place our order because they don't have enough people to staff the drive thru (even if I've already placed a mobile order). This taco bell is so ass. My friends and I placed an order online and showed up a good time after to pick it up. They had us pull around to wait, which no problem. We waited 20 minutes outside before I decided to go in and see what was happening. When I walked in there was no one up front to greet us. The employees were all in the kitchen yelling and arguing and it was just a bad vibe all around. It took another 15 minutes for someone to say anything and when I told them what I was waiting for they picked up the box that had clearly been sitting for a while and gave it over. Our food was cold and made very shitty. We order two nacho fries and they were cold and soggy and there was barely any cheese in the container. When I refused go inside and just wait at the window (I was the only one in line btw). I was cussed out and told that the cops would come to escort me away. I have seen the night manager walk out throwing a fit and smoking pot in her car and then locking the doors so nobody could get in, even those of us that were waiting for our orders. One time I went there for breakfast and got an egg, cheese and potato burrito and it came without the egg! And I was the only one there in line. They only had to make ONE thing. Taco Bell on Bayless is useless. The inside is never open/unlocked and unless you want to wait 30 min in the drive thru for a mobile pick up, don't bother. Mobile pick up parking spots are pointless if you don't unlock the door. I heard the car in front of me get told they didn't have enough eggs for their order. My mobile order had a breakfast crunch wrap with ZERO eggs in it. Second breakfast crunch wrap had no bacon when it was supposed to. If you don't have it, refund me. This staff is awful and not empathetic at all. This location needs to be fixed asap or closed. read more
