DO NOT come to this location. It's a bunch of high school kids that can't even make simple meals. I ordered on door dash and the dasher messaged me saying they told him my order was going to take 10-15 mins. Then I got my food 40 mins later(the place is 10 mins from me) and it was all smashed and looked like a mound of dog food. Called the store the manager tells me sorry we had a rush and the dasher literally said there was no one there but when he apologized for the extra wait. Recent remodel since my last visit here to include a kiosk for ordering food. Clearly a must after interacting with the you staff member while trying to rectify an incomplete order. This would question the movement for $15 an hour. You are essentially doing everything except preparing your own food. One other remodeled note was the reduction of seats. read more

Ordered Taco Bell on door dash. Ordered two 7 layer nacho fries, and did add-ons, and legit received nacho chips w/beef and cheese. What in the actual?! Called restaurant, and asked to speak to a manager...well, anyone who answers the phone is obviously a manager. Told her what happened and her response, "we ran out of nacho fries"...what?! Place was abandoned at 7:00. Not closed, abandoned. The lights were on, the drive through was on. Just doors locked and nobody answering. Looked on the website it says closes at 8. First of all wtf? Doing their best? No, they are not. We ordered and checked the bag for the 4 mild and 4 hot sauces that I asked for. Not in the bag. I sat at the window until they noticed us and asked for the sauces. They proceeded to give me a bag with 40 sauces in it. Unfortunately, we did not check the items. We were missing 2 hard shell tacos (out of 2 ordered), 2 soft shell tacos (out of 6 ordered), the hard shell taco supreme I ordered was a weird orange taco with just lettuce and tomato, the burrito supreme I ordered was nothing but beans and sour cream, and the 5 layer burrito I ordered had 3 layers - beef, beans and some weird cheese sauce. I tried calling to talk to the manager and their automated answering system just says everyone is busy, call back some other time, and hangs up on you. Ridiculous. I won't go back to this Taco Bell ever again and I won't go to any Taco Bell until I can go in and order to watch that they get it right. I see all these pictures of Taco Bell products and it looks like it is fake. I stopped going to this location after spending over $30 on food and it was all made like slop. So much I got a hold of the manager. The manager called to replace the order, which they did. When I got home, it was not much better than before. Barely any ingredients in the taco, burritos, or melts. I have been going to Taco Bell for decades. Went here with some pals, as usual. I ordered two bean burritos WITHOUT beans, and they gave them to me with beans. When I calmly walked up to ask about it, two friendly guys were helpful, until they brought over a terrible, mean, middle aged woman. She immediately gave me attitude and threw my burritos with force into the trash in front of me, with a huge sign and eyeroll. I am not the one who messed up, you are and I get it was a simple mistake, but the attitude was not needed. The staff are friendly and care about your order. I ordered 6 quesadillas quietly (I was gonna order 8) and when the cooks got the order, they were like "What's the matter witchoo Nick! Six?!" I was very disappointed in the service tonight. I was in the car with a few friends and someone ordered a cheese quesadilla and the worker let out a huge sigh. We then took the cheese quesadilla off our order and I apologized and ordered a chicken quesadilla. We then pull up to the window and he doesn't say a word. Doesn't give me my total, doesn't say A SINGLE WORD. My total was 10.66 (thanks to the screen) and I handed him 20.66. To my surprise he hands me back 9.95 (???) then shoves my food bag out the window, again, without saying anything. I get to my friends house and grab the chicken quesadilla and the first piece had barely any cheese or chicken and was basically just a tortilla. This is a very busy restaurant since it's right next to Lake Central. All the teenagers hang out here. The service is kind of slow, but that's because they are do busy. You can also get a pizza here as it's half Pizza Hut. Plenty of places to sit. Full menu. Tables could be cleaner. read more

Gross and sickening - not a happy customer. We ordered 1 pan pizza (supreme) meal and 1 XXL steak nachos combo. They wanted to give us 1 WEEK OLD PIZZA! An older lady that works there was the one that caught it at the counter and gave us the option of either taking the old pizza or wait for a fresh one. We choose to wait for the fresh pizza. While my friend waited for his pizza, I started eating my nachos combo. During that time an employee jokingly sang then we heard what every customer hates... "Oh noooo! Dang it! I messed up again. Its burnt." And when we looked at them the employee was looking at us. Finally after 20mins we got the pizza and finished eating. When leaving we unfortunately felt very disgusted with how unclean the inside of the doors were. There was built up dirt on the inside glass all over, not something that happens in one day. Once we got home I became very sick and had to spend the night/early morning in the bathroom during this time my friend had stomach pains and had problems going to the bathroom.
