Decided to try this store again for breakfast and OMG I am SOOOO fed up with this TB at 3411 Bradshaw Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827!! Do you NOT read reviews??? I order through Doordash a lot and this store NEVER NEVER EVER sends the $0.30 green sauce packets. Also, they NEEEVVVVERRR EVVVER label the food!! Today I ordered two breakfast crunchwraps, one with bacon and one with sausage. NEITHER ONE WAS LABELED! Soooooo, are we supposed to OPEN every single food item to see who it belongs to??? ALSO, the other day I ordered several chili burritos and several VEGETARIAN rice and cheese burritos. NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS LABELED AND EVERY SINGLE WRAPPER WAS WRAPPED THE SAME!!!. I came to this Taco Bell drive thru after a very long tough day...I wanted a chicken crispinada and I was devastated to find out they dont sell them anymore. I had to regroup and figure out what else I would want. Tiara was patient with me and just made me feel so good. She complimented me on my hair when I drove up to the window and it just lifted my spirits. Amazing what one little thing can do to turn someone's day around. I paid for my food never got my food. The manager refused to give it to me. After her employee was in the wrong to begin with. The employee Vanessa G decided to start raising her voice at me for no reason so yes I responded back by raising my voice, but being that she worked there, she should have de escalated the situation instead of doing what she was doing. While my wife and I were there for a quick lunch, some teenagers came into the restaurant with their bikes and left their bikes all around the lobby, taking up most of the seating area, all while cursing and throwing around the N-word. A customer accidentally bumped one the bikes and politely stood it back up, but the teenager who owned it started to cause a commotion and become aggressively disrespectful to that customer. There was an employee, who on what seemed to be his lunch break, saw and heard their commotion and just smiled and ignored their actions instead of doing the right thing and inevitably kicking them out for their rude remarks and actions. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but the fact that no employee did anything was the nail in the coffin. I wasn't able to buy anything, because they didn't take cash! They also wouldn't allow me to get food without an adult, I am 16. I am old enough and allowed to buy food on my own. I'm getting convinced if you order via kiosk and select cash payment they just completely ignore the order. They were good - pretty much the same as the dozens of chalupas that preceded them! Weirdness ensued when I went to get a fork so I could eat the side salad of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes created by my chalupa eating. No forks! Worst service ever. They messed up my order yesterday. Ordered a Breakfast Crunchwrap combo which comes with a hashbrown patty. Came home and realized the hashbrown patty was not in the bag. So I called them up not to get a refund but just to inform them of the mistake. While I was not looking to get a refund as I reside far from that location, the Supervisor specifically offered up a combo meal for free and even took my name down. So I happened to be in the area next day so I try to get my free combo and they just offered me the hash patty that was missing. To which I just drove off. Would not of even wasted my time to go there in first place. They had no knowledge of convo i had with Supervisor. Like I'm not that broke to make that big of a deal of it. I even ordered some food and they said we can give u free patty if u dont want ur order anymore since they couldn't honor there original promise. I told drive thru employee, " you know what jus keep it Im not interested in ur food anymore. Its all about principles. Over a few dollars u lost a customer. Very frustrating, they close whenever they want. Drive thru is normally open until 2am on a Saturday night, they blocked off the whole drive thru driveway with cones at 1:20am. Also, this was the FOURTH Taco Bell that I went to tonight that closed earlier than their listed closing time. Really sucks when you work graveyard shifts yourself and you don't get to eat lunch because it's just a gamble on who's working and if they decide they are going to close early. Additionally, their app sucks and it locked me out of my account. All of the progress I had saved towards Silver Status was lost. All of this in the last week, and I am a regular there. I ordered some food for the kids got home and a few items are missing I called they said that they can replace it if I wanted to pick it up tonight or put my name down and have it replaced tomorrow which today I went to Taco Bell and they replaced it right away. About 30 years ago I ate at this Taco Bell location with my father and I will never forget that I cut one of the loudest farts in that restaurant! It was like Ba-BOOM- Perrrrrap-pap-pap!! The seat amplified it , it was a hard plastic cover seat and not a cushion and my gurgle-quirk bubble pop was so loud that it got real quiet right after I set it off and all I heard was the chuckle from my Dad who had this look of shock and amazement. Taco Bell is by far my favorite of the fast food joints and I don't have an issue with the staff. Every time I've been here everyone has been pleasant but something is almost always wrong with my order. The last 4 times I've been there they gotten something wrong or im missing items entirely. Tonight I got all my items but everything was slapped together so sloppily. My quesadilla was not cut and it was barely cooked (see photo) no napkins, two straws for my one drink and no sauce.
