I see why this place has an average of two stars. The incompetent staff and service. I've ordered here twice via the mobile app. The first time they gave me the incorrect order after not being able to actually find my order once I arrived at the drive-thru. Today I make an order for 2pm and I arrive at 2:04. The order isn't ready yet. OK. So she prints my receipt and I'm waiting, which isn't a big deal until I realize 15 minutes has gone by and meanwhile several other people have collected their orders. It isn't horribly busy. So I finally ask about my order and they either misplaced or forgot all about it because all of the staff asks one another what happened to it. A couple minutes later, they hand me my order. It was filling but lordy, half of it was jalapenos. I mean, I asked for jalapenos but half the damn burrito was jalapenos. In the photo are all of the jalapenos I had to take out and I still have acid indigestion from the amount I did eat. Kind of a bummer since it's close to work, but if they cannot figure out their mobile order system I don't want to come back. Having to wait 15 minutes because they lost my mobile order makes ordering on the app totally pointless. I only have a 30 minute lunch and barely got back to work in time. The gal at the register should have noticed how long I was waiting there since I checked in with her. C'mon. You're better off going to the Northgate location to get your Taco Bell fix. read more

This Taco Bell in Natomas isn't understaffed. It's underqualified for the concept of food. I came in the day after Christmas and the crew moved like they were being punished with community service. No urgency. No shame. Just vibes and sabotage. I paid for extra beans in a cheesy bean and rice burrito and received an amount so microscopic it felt intentional. Not skimpy. Not light. Deliberate. Like someone looked me dead in the soul and said, watch this. That burrito wasn't made, it was gaslit. The soft tacos were an insult wrapped in a tortilla. Each one had a teaspoon of beef, carefully rationed like the cook was paying for it out of pocket. I've seen more meat stuck in a keyboard. Calling these tacos is stolen valor. Everything tasted like it was assembled by people who hate customers, hate their job, and possibly hate Taco Bell itself. This place isn't fast food. It's slow disrespect. That led me to ordering two other limited time items- Baja Blast Strawberry Dream Freeze and the Steak Garlic Nacho Fries. The churros had birthday cake frosting. They were pretty good, but I prefer cinnamon churros over these. The freeze was average. I'm glad it was only $1.5 during "Happier Hour." This location is close to home so I come here often. It has the worst service ever. I think this is franchise owned. So here are my experiences. I go inside because the drive thru was long and there was only one couple ahead of me. The girl at the counter was new and stumped on how to enter a modifed order . She kept asking for help and the 4 or 5 other people making food including a manager just ignored her. She says, "sorry, they did not train me." The wait times are longer than normal. Several times something was missing from my order but had a time that I only got 2 items out of 5 that I ordered. I had to go back after coming home only to wait forever before it was addressed. They gave me the wrong order and mine was sitting there getting cold. All I got was a sorry and a free order of cinnamon twists. Then the other night I felt the bag was kinda heavy. The guy at the drive thru thought it was funny to give me over 50 sauce packets. The picture i posted was after I used 10. I guess you get what you pay for, meaning employees. They don't give AF and neither does management but then again they are Taco Bell open 24 hrs. They will survive. read more

This is one of the best Taco Bell restaurants my family and I have been to. The servers and drive thru workers were quick, professional, and polite. Our food was made in a caring manner, meaning the ingredients were put together appropriately. Everything tasted like it was made right after we ordered, fresh. The crunchy tacos were crunchy and savory. The five layer burrito and crunch wrap were also tasty and filling.
