I ordered from this location tonight (Order #5B5C36) and they completely messed up my food, leaving out all the protein I paid for. When I tried to contact them to fix it, the real nightmare started.I called the store directly--nobody answers the phone. I called the corporate number and got hung up on. That led me to ordering two other limited time items- Baja Blast Strawberry Dream Freeze and the Steak Garlic Nacho Fries. The churros had birthday cake frosting. This location is close to home so I come here often. It has the worst service ever. I think this is franchise owned. So here are my experiences. I go inside because the drive thru was long and there was only one couple ahead of me. The girl at the counter was new and stumped on how to enter a modifed order . She kept asking for help and the 4 or 5 other people making food including a manager just ignored her. She says, "sorry, they did not train me." The wait times are longer than normal. Several times something was missing from my order but had a time that I only got 2 items out of 5 that I ordered. I had to go back after coming home only to wait forever before it was addressed. They gave me the wrong order and mine was sitting there getting cold. All I got was a sorry and a free order of cinnamon twists. Then the other night I felt the bag was kinda heavy. The guy at the drive thru thought it was funny to give me over 50 sauce packets. The picture i posted was after I used 10. I guess you get what you pay for, meaning employees. When I got the meals to-go, there was no bag given. Just 2 boxed meals. So when I asked for one from this woman (possibly manager?), she was very rude and did not answer me. Her lazy ass just went to some worker on the line who was wrapping up orders to get me a bag. Seriously, this lazy trash B could not be bothered to say a word nor get a bag herself. She had to get another worker to get it. She is obviously throwing her weight around making others handle tasks that she could. Queen B needs to be gone. She will be as none of these managers last more than a year or so nor the workers. Bye Felicia! No wonder this place has a 1.5 Yelp rating. Service has been negative always here other than the cashiers have been mostly friendly. At least the Taco Bell on Northgate and the one on W. Our food was made in a caring manner, meaning the ingredients were put together appropriately. Everything tasted like it was made right after we ordered, fresh. I see why this place has an average of two stars. The incompetent staff and service. I've ordered here twice via the mobile app. The first time they gave me the incorrect order after not being able to actually find my order once I arrived at the drive-thru. Today I make an order for 2pm and I arrive at 2:04. The order isn't ready yet. OK. So she prints my receipt and I'm waiting, which isn't a big deal until I realize 15 minutes has gone by and meanwhile several other people have collected their orders. It isn't horribly busy. Kind of a bummer since it's close to work, but if they cannot figure out their mobile order system I don't want to come back.
