Literally the worst Taco Bell experience - I asked for two cheesy gordita crunches and a nachos bell grande, both with black beans beans instead of meat. Specifically said vegetarian. Got home and had two gorditas with meat and nachos with pinto beans. Went thru the drive thru our order went to another car, Got told to pull up front. Front spots were taken so my wife went in the line cook came up to my wife slammed the order on the counter told her he was not making it again. Not to my surprise it was wrong so I went in, asked for a manager told him what was wrong and told him what my wife said he called her a lier and refused to refund my money. Taco Bell / KFC in Rogersville, MO. Went with several family members. Restaurant was quiet, drive-thru was moderately busy. We ordered inside. They were out of some items. EXTREMELY slow. It took most of our group at least 15 minutes after ordering to get our food. Several orders were wrong but we didn't want to wait even longer to have them corrected. Will not go back. read more

Just got home with dinner and my soft tacos are literally dumped out in the wrapper. Every crunchy taco, soggy and shell is falling apart. And I live 3 minutes away, so that isn't the problem! This is rediculious! A 3 year old could put tacos together and wrap them better than this! I can't even eat them. Absolutely pathetic! We haven't been back here in months because of this, thought we would try again and still the same messy put together food! So this is a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. They don't use the Taco Bell app, which means no coupons, no ordering on the app and a limited menu. The store never stays open past 10pm, so no late night cravings. The service was fine considering all the employees looked like they were all still in high school. I never had any issues with the food itself. Kinda hard to mess up Taco Bell food. I'm not sure if anyone ever dines inside but it at least looked clean. read more

This Taco Bell serves as a KFC as well. We live in a rural area so we do not have many options on where we can go out to eat, unless we drive into our nearest city of Springfield, MO. To be honest, this Taco Bell/KFC has been horrible since it opened, but we kept going back in hopes that someday they would get the idea on how to run a fast food restaurant, unfortunately that has never happened. We recently ordered a family meal with them. We ordered a bucket of chicken and asked for original receipt on half the chicken and extra crispy on the other half. I only eat white meat, but my family prefers dark. In a bucket of chicken, you get both, not this time, they gave us chicken breast and legs, no thighs for my family. My husband waited 30 minutes for our food and it all tasted bad as if the chicken was rancid, we had mashed potatoes that had corn in it, and we didn't even order corn. Our gravy was crusted over as was our macaroni and cheese, the only that was decent was our biscuits. This was our last visit, we won't be back. I would rather go to the grocery store and get their hot deli chicken and sides, which really isn't too bad. Good bye to Taco Bell/KFC. read more

Waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes for a bean burrito and cheesy bean and rice burrito. When they finally hand me my food, they apologize and say they had to cook the beans. I figure, no big deal now I get fresh beans on the burritos. I get back onto the highway and take a bite into a cold burrito with re fried beans that have been scooped straight from the can. They were not cooked at all. One time is forgivable, but there's always something wrong with this place every time I go. I'm done. Won't be a chump anymore. read more

I love taco bell but this taco bell is by far the worst I have ever been to. Every time I go I end up at the counter three to four times having them remake my food. It's not rocket science, beans burritos, extra sauce no onion. Every time there are random lettuce bits, it's over loaded with onion, no extra red sauce, just about anything that can go wrong has and will. I'm not overly picky, to be honest I'm easy to please but this place just can not get their act together. The last time I went I was very tired and just wanted to go home. When I found more onion in my food then beans I was livid and waited until the next day to call for the simple fact that I knew I was going to blow up if I had called or gone back right then. After explaining what happened and how I'm overly fed up with my food being wrong they flat out refused to fix it. Terrible, terrible customer service. Very rude. Not only did they "forget" half my order -- which my office manager paid for. When I went back and asked them to correct it, I was called a liar, humiliated in front of other customers, AND the manager told another co-worker that I was just trying to scam them for free food. By time I got back to the office, my food was cold. Their service always sucks, and they hardly ever get an order right. But I've never been treated like this. They have lost my business, and every one else's in my office. I'd rather eat dirt before going back to this place. read more

I love your chicken power bowl, but may stop coming to your restaurant while covid-19 cases are increasing as your cooks and servers do not wear masks. I wear my mask any time I am out in public to protect others from my germs [no, I am not covid-19 positive nor am I sick] and would appreciate it if all of your employees would do the same. Masking is effective as proven by the hair salon worker who was covid-19 positive, went to work wearing a mask, had over 100 contacts [clients] who also wore masks, and not one of the clients came up covid-19 positive. I am so disappointed with the choice to not wear masks. A competitor does have all of their employees wearing masks. For my safety and my family's safety, I will have to choose them when looking for take out. I am aware that masks are a choice and not mandated, but why would you choose to not mask when covid-19 cases are continually increasing? I am very disappointed in the choice to not mask. I pray that none of your employees or clients become covid-19 positive. read more
