I used the drive thru and no problem with the speed of ordering and getting my desired food .. this was the 1st time I had been in a Taco Bell in almost 4 years. It's unfortunate that I do It disappoints me to even suggest or even consider giving an establishment a poor review. I'm gonna say it is unfortunate that the management at ALL Levels at this Taco Bell location has some work to do. Customer Service should be a priority at this place before perfecting a Chalupa. Decided to have a later night snack and this is close enough to do a drive by on my way out. This is a pretty busy location and normally has lines around the building (Great for you- Maybe not last night). So after patiently waiting to reach the window the male cashier (I'm gonna refer to him as Blondie) at the window was obviously upset with someone in the back. Not only was he displaying the absolute worse level of professionalism along with total disrespect form himself and me as a customer approaching the window. Along with anyone arriving at the drive thru window last night in particular to make the purchase and pick up the order. When I approached the window, he greeted me with his hand out of the window awaiting my payment that he announced. NO hello or anything. He was obviously upset with someone in the back, even if they were not upset and he was joking. This was really BAD. One young lady that handed him my order looked out the window and rolled her eyes. OMG Remember now, While the window was open he blurted out MULTIPLE expletives MF this, I don't give a F, You got me F'd up... I've been in this B since... The verbiage was atrocious, it has bothered me so much that I had take this opportunity to share my experience. I felt this behavior was really in such poor taste that, if it were me it would be an immediate termination. No stars. They close in an hour the woman on drive through said "our system is down". The system doesn't make tacos. This is why we're using systems over humans. Clearly they don't want to work. Customer service is awful, every time I come here to this location their dragon fruit freeze is always on defrost so you cannot get one . I pulled up to the window and wanted to add a potato burrito and they would not let me even tho no one was in the drive thru behind me , they told me I'd have to drive around and order again. If I could leave 0 rating I definitely would. Just purchase 5 beefy melt burritos no rice no chips just beans meat and cheese. OK no problem just call so they'll know of course... nope called 3 times ring the 1st time 2nd and 3rd time took the phone off the hook then call again only for a employee to answer and pretend asif they're assisting me to simple hang up in my face. Love to give no stars. Went through the drive at 430pm there was maybe 4 cars in line. It started taking a bit then when I finally drove up to order they asked me to go inside because their system was down, seems they like that excuse. I drove around, walked inside ordered my food at the kiosk as a few others were. Everyone starts getting their food but me, 20 minutes goes by in being patient. I finally go up to the counter and the two employees really start acting like I just walked in and demanded food without ordering. I put my name on the order and everything they're claiming they can't find it. I said well I paid I have the transaction on my card, I'm being ignored again at this point the guy says he found it and starts making the order, no apologies nothing. The girl is just staring at me as I did something foul and it just didn't sit right with me. She comes up with my order claiming she still doesn't know my name, or who's order it is and hands me a medium cup I ordered a large I tell her it's a large but whatever at this point clearly she had a problem, why I have no clue I really wasn't rude, yet. I go to get my drink and see the receipt clearly says a large so I folded it and put it on the counter for her to see. Idk if it was her first day or what the excuse is, point is there isn't one. The customer is always right and considering I paid and waited 35 minutes for a 15$ order is a joke. And you treat every customer with respect I'm surely not invisible lol. read more

This location has a 5 STAR manager that really turned things around. I don't want to put him on the spot so we will call him W. I When I started seeing him there awhile back things started improving. Service was faster and people seemed happier. This team works hard and has solid customer service skills. In quick service you say? Yes! This might be one of the WORST Taco Bells ever. I work late nights and it's on my way home from work literally around the corner and even tho their windows have the times they are open until on them, they continue to say they're closed on certain nights after like 2am. I've also gotten the excuse that the "system has crashed" a few times as well, to drive by the window and see the computer and see that the system is running just fine (Former TBell Employee). So Taco Bell announced the return of the Mexican Pizza. That is what lured me back to Taco Bell. I went to the on on Blue Heron Blvd in Riviera Beach. I was probably 4-5 cars back from the menu board. I could see it! It was there big as day. Mexican Pizza is back. So I patiently waited in a drive through that was incredibly slow. After a short time it was my turn to order. "I'll have a crunch wrap supreme meal, I'd like the taco soft and add a soft taco. " Any thing else she said? "I would like two Mexican Pizzas". Her response "We don't have that available. You have to order that on line". I said, are you fucking kidding me? It's all over your menus board out here. She said no, on line only. So Taco Bell, I will spread the word all over social media that you have lied to the public just to draw them in. You falsely advertised and don't bother going there. You're pathetic at best. I go to this location because it is in my neighborhood. I order in the drive thru, When the young female hands me my drink they hold a straw with the drink which forces you to grab both at the same time. I told her while holding the drink I do not need the straw. She pulls it free and throws it on the ground outside the drive-thru window. She then closed the window to get the rest of the order. She knew it bothered me because she was watching me as I was looking at all the garbage between my van and window. As she opened the window she said in a snotty voice "we cant bring anything you touch back into the store!" Now this is the second time I saw them do this. So explain this to me, if you can't take anything in the store that I have touched then how about the cash that I handed to you? Those gloves that you use to touch my money then touch the window to open and close and press the soda button to fill my drink? Then press the mic button and press the register pad and touch my Food bag and drink and don't change the gloves between customers, but when you do throw them away where do they go,in the inside garbage can? And how about the dust pan that you lay on the ground to pick up all that trash? I hope it all goes straight to the dumpster! So you're worried about germs in the store but you bring all that stuff back in anyways. And that's not counting how much of that trash blows away and pollutes the neighborhood! I understand that you cannot take the straw back and re-issue, BUT you do not have to repeatedly throw them on the ground, throw it away inside your store, what you're doing is DISGUSTING It is not logical.
